Fish was hard on the edges and fries were tepid at best. It was a treat to myself! Money bot well spent

The app never seems to work here. They always have excuses for why it doesn't work.

The widespread power outage turned a simple meal search into a frustrating ordeal, reminiscent of a scene straight out of "Idiocracy." Visiting three different Wendy's locations, starting in Citrus Heights, Antelope, and then moving to Sunrise and Greenback, highlighted a sad state of affairs. While I grasp the challenge businesses face during outages, the rush to reopen without full operational capacity was disheartening. It felt as though the priority was to start raking in customer cash, regardless of the ability to provide proper service. This approach left me, and likely many others, in a bind, fumbling through transactions in an unexpectedly primitive setup. The experience underscored a concerning trend toward a "Carl's Jr"-type future (another Idiocracy reference), where the essence of customer service is lost in the chaos. Rather than hastily reopening to collect payments, businesses should consider the long-term impact on customer trust and satisfaction.

We ordered delivery from here and they forgot our drinks, didn’t give us our straws, and messed up our entire order. We called to explain the situation and was basically told “That’s too bad” and nothing was done about it.

One, there’s a huge language barrier here. Had to leave the drive thru because the drive thru lady kept adding and saying random items that I wasn’t saying at all. Food is extremely old and cold. And the lady manager touched mine and my wife’s fries with her bare hands. Disgusting food and service. I’m so mad. Waste of money and time. Save yourself the trouble. Eat elsewhere.
