Incomplete orders all the time

I placed an online order on January 20th. When my boyfriend arrived to pick up the order, there were 15 other people waiting for orders and the kitchen was very backed up. They had not made our ordered yet. I called to see if they could just cancel the order because we did not have time to wait. They said yes and they would get a refund processed for me. I had still not received my refund on January 27th. I called again and was told the refund was processed on January 26th. February 10th, I had still not gotten my refund. I called again and was told the manager was not in but the employee took down my name, number, and order number and said he would pass it along. February 19th, I have still not gotten my refund. I called again and was again told they could not get ahold of the manager that could check on my refund. It has been 4 weeks now and nobody can process my refund. This is truly unacceptable!

Manager lied about order said it would be ready in just a minute only waiting for one Item. Employees rude offensive food terrible service, terrible completely disorganized. Worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to at least 30 of them. Corporate should get involved with this Wingstop get them organized and get them to stop lying to customers.

The entire expierence was a disaster, but that's what happens when poor leaders are chosen to run an establishment. Bottom of the barrell manager working at this place. She needs to be fired.

Ordered online for this location and came to find out it was a wrong location.Called to cancel and staff told me to cancel online.Unable to cancel online(the note said to call restaurant to cancel).So I called the second time and same staff told me unable to cancel because order was already made. Really? It changed in 5 mins? Refused to drive 5 miles to get my order after working all day. Told staff to donate my order to someone outside. Hopefully, they truly donated the wings to someone in need. Paid tip for nothing too. I did emailed the corporate. Not satisfied the way it was handled.

Placed an order online for a future pickup (over an hour in advance). Got there a few minutes early from my pickup scheduled time, ended up waiting 15 minutes past my scheduled time. Drove home and within 5 minutes of me getting home, I was called by the store to let me know they gave me the wrong order (my mistake for not checking). Had to drive back and return the incorrect one, and pickup mine. No discount or anything for the mistake.My previous order to this one, I also had to wait 15-20 minutes longer than expected.

Ordered the boneless meal deal, the "large fries were smaller than any "regular" size fries I've received at any other location. The wings while technically were the correct amount, they were smaller than any wings I've ever received from any other Wingstop location. A few had no meat and was just the crust. I would not recommend this location at all. If you are really craving wings go somewhere else or drive further to another location. I live down the street and will never go to this location again.

Tonight I placed an online order for an 8 piece bone in combo, a 10 piece boneless combo, a chicken sandwich and a 5 piece of just wings. I should have checked my order before I left because to my disappointment the 10 piece that was supposed to be half barbecue, half mango habanero was only 7 boneless barbecue wings. (I originally counted wrong and thought it was only 5). I called and was going to have them make the rest of my order to pick up. The girl who answered was friendly and placed me on the phone with her general manager Kenneth who stated "I made your order and it was only barbecue wings and I made all ten." So I informed him that I did not have all 10 and I would bring my order back to show him. He said "Well you can come pick up your other wings" and then hung up on me. I called back to just refund that part of my order since that is not how you treat a customer. The girl had answered again and was nice about it, and said I would receive a refund in 72 hours. I asked if I could have an invoice or receipt and they said it would be emailed to me. I paid with Apple Pay and did not do the customer checkout information so all they had was my name. So I asked "how will I receive an email if you guys don't even have my email?" The girl decided to take my phone number and name down to give it to her boss, so I guess we will see if I get my refund or a phone call. The wings were also way overcooked and chewy! The only good part of this service interaction was the friendly girl on the phone and the fact that my brother was not charged for a soda while we were in the store since the wait was long and we were hardly acknowledged when we came in.

I placed an order 10 piece combo they said 20 minutes I got there in 10 minutesAlmost $21 for the comboOnly wings is $11 which means $10 extra for the fries and soda that’s a rip off.Food was like warm including cold fries.I complaint and got new fries then wings were also like warm and complaint to get new ones.The ugly manager said your won’t get new ones because you’re already eating them I said replace the 4 left ones with new hot and he did but not friendly at all.This place sucks I will not recommend itManagement sucks and not professional at all. It's my partners birthday and she loves Wingstop so I ordered online a 20 peice a la carte. I ordered half boneless and half bone-in. And half Parmesan sauce and the other half BBQ. What I picked up wasn't even close. I received all boneless and no Parmesan, my partners favorite. I never had such a botched order. I guess I'll have to drive over to the Fairway location from now on.

I went here earlier today to get some wings for my friends and I. The workers were really nice and quick with my order. I left my wallet at home and only had Apple Pay in which their scanner did not work with it. Instead of letting me leave, they insisted on making my order anyways as complimentary, with an employee named Roccio paying for it. Super sweet of them and great food! Would definitely come here again!
