He offered pick up in Tustin location @ 1056 Walnut Ave. I placed 2 orders to be picked up by 2 different people, the orders were different. The gentleman took time to take my order. Nothing went wrong on the phone. Upon arrival to the location in Tustin, we could not find the restaurant. Apparently, it was operated inside a different restaurant, there was no sign or anything to show where the restaurant is. We finally went in to pick up the order, here are the problems: 1. They had the 2 orders combined and they do not know which one is which. 2. We asked them to separate the orders since we placed 2 orders, a man WITHOUT mask opened all the packages trying to dig through the food to find the different the orders. Obviously, we were already turned off by this, in addition, server picked up utensils dropped on the floor, put it back into the package without replacing it! They have total 3 pots. 1. Frog 2. Chicken 3. Duck. There is a list of add ons. The add ons are brought to you on the side. The frog pot, I would of liked it spicier. Since everyone's spicy level is different it's hard to control. The add ons are on the side so remember to put it in before your fire gel runs out. You can always ask for the fire to be turned on again. The pot is pretty big. The taste is like a numb spicy. 蒸肉饼 steamed mince pork & garlic with egg - mince garlic is a little big for my preference. So when I chew the garlic taste is pretty strong。 Overall they are friendly.
