Placed my order 10 business days ago. Paid over $90. Never received my order. Their chat is a joke, and customer service do not answer the phone. Scam. Stay away!

Items take forever to arrive and to top it off, its the wrong item. Don't bother with them, not worth it at all.

My experience is the same as the other reviewers. They take your order, charge your account and then you are left to wait. Finally got product after I emailed and asked about it. There are other places to buy. Will NOT use Bayho again.

I placed an order for prenatal vitamins on the bayho website- 7 days later and getting close to running out of vitamins, I checked my order status which was still listed as pending. Somewhat frustrated that the order hadn't shipped (or even processed, for that matter), I called customer service. The representative informed me that the price was listed incorrectly on their website so my card would be fully refunded. Confused, I asked what the correct price was- it was nearly double what I had paid. Since it was Bayho's error, I asked that he honor the price I paid and ship my vitamins. He said that they are unable to honor the price and a refund was the best that he could do. He said that the vitamins were "on back order anyway". Which, of course, was never noted on the website and quite frankly, was a blatant lie.Shame on you, Bayho, for not honoring the price you've listed on your website.Shame on you, Bayho, for neglecting to inform me of your mistake and initiating a refund sooner.Shame on you, Bayho, for lying about not having the product in stock.Shame on you, Bayho, for leaving a pregnant woman without her prenatal vitamins.

This is my second time ordering from this company. The first time I ordered from them, I was very impressed. I got my order within a few days. The second time I placed an order was on 1/31. My debit card was charged on 2/2. +It's now 2/10 and my order still says it's pending. I emailed on 2/8 and got an auto response that says my email will be answered within 2 days. Yesterday, I decided to call, got an answering machine. I left a message and got a call back from a man who left me a message saying my item was on back order and they would ship to me overnight when they arrive. He gave me no timeline when to expect my order. I read the reviews on their facebook page and they are not good.

I had a choice to order from them for $6 less than the item on Amazon. I chose the wrong company. I ordered, they took the money out of my account immediately, then I didn't hear anything. I wrote, I called, finally was told there was at least a 10 day backorder on the item. I canceled. They said I'd have my money within 48 hours. 4 days later I'm still trying to get my refund. Should've known to stick with Amazon.

I ordered some supplements from them on April 11. Kept waiting for them to arrive. They didn't. Then I got a message from PayPal that my payment had been refunded because the product was out of stock and back-ordered. I never heard from the company, about this, but when I emailed them, the response, I kid you not, was in broken English. Why did it take them 10 days to figure out they were out of stock and back ordered? There are plenty of other companies to order from. At least I got my money back but it was very annoying because I had to start all over. Never again ...

I made an order for some vitamins totalling $336.25 on May 26th 2014. It is now 19th August 2014 and I'm yet to receive my order or a refund. Despite 33 emails back and forth (no working number to phone), I am not starting to face the fact I will never see my money again.According to Bayho support: "bayho return policy is 30days only with 25% restocking fee. your order is long time over 30 days. bayho does service to you.". This may have been understandable if I had ever received the order at all.The icing on the cake, was after our 32nd email when they said "Do you want to pay fee to pick it up?please paypal $55 to ************** to pick it up. please mention the order# 119392 in paypal.". This leads me to believe that Bayho is an illegitimate company attempting to defraud people out of money.
