This was a lucky find, as I was in la Habra at a bike shop, and needed food fast afterwards. Stumble don this gem- and was not diappointed. Ordered the kimchi & beef soup and of course stuffed myself on the delicious appetizer/sides too..YUM Reasonable price? Yes! - absolutely-considering how much food I got, and service was friednly and attentive-and it was busy!

I love BCD! Only knocking off a star bc it's gotten so pricey over the years but the quality and taste is still amazing. We always get the seafood pancake-$16.99, full of flavor and lots of seafood, try it with their soy sauce mixture. We get the Galbi ribs and beef soup combo that comes with all the side dishes-lunch $25.99. Soup is packed with flavor- mild still has a little kick and is the perfect spice for us. My favorite side dishes they give are the fried fish and the fish cakes and bean sprouts. All the workers are very friendly and efficient. The place is located in a small plaza next to banana bay and tastetea boba. Parking is hard bc of all the places in this plaza and everyone is here lol but it's worth it!

Always crowded for a reason ! It's soo good and even though the service is a tad on the rushed and cold side it doesn't matter cause the food is soo good! Especially love the short ribs! They give you a PILE and it's soo delish ! Love their tofu soup too!!

Food was good, the service was great. The beer was warm so that sucked. The food was delicious. I will be back. The only thing I won't eat again is the fried fish that give out. That shit made me sick. Had chorro the next day. Other than that it was good. Fuck their beer though.

Bukchang-dong soft tofu taste?It's not like soft tofu at an ordinary restaurant, it's a famous restaurant.It's a soft tofu restaurant, so I didn't order any kind of soup, but the soft tofu was filled with about 3 spoonfuls of soup.Also, the spicy taste smells like red pepper powder.Anyway, this is my first time eating soft tofu like this.

Usually, I love coming here for perfectly seasoned, yummy tofu soup on cold days. The service is always exceptional and the fish is great! Today however was my first day of the tofu soup being super watery. It tasted like hot water with some spice added in it, not at all like the usual amazing flavor explosion in my mouth. I asked for another, and they even told me the mild is generally more watery which I understand, but I've never had it taste so bland and thin. They proceeded to give me another soup that was just more spicy. The consistency was like water and wasn't as thick as it should be. I'm not sure if they're using another cook more frequently as I saw some previous reviews mention it as well recently. Really disappointed in today's meal and hope they improve so the quality stays consistent.
Historical restaurant. I've been visiting this place for over 25 years. The food quality is consistently good and delicious. The servers are very nice and provide warm service. The rice is of very good quality and delicious. I've tried most menu items, and they are all of good quality and delicious. The servers are always nice and patiently explain any questions I have. They are professional! I highly recommend this place.Parking: Always full of parking lot. But check all spots. You can find a parking space. It is very busy and has a lot of in and out parking space.

My mom and her friend (in their late 70’s), my wife, son and I went there last night. It was very busy, after waiting for 15 minutes, we got seated. Initially service was fast for tea and water, and their appetizers, however it went south after that. We ordered 3 combos meals, then the waitresses started given us the attitude, THAT IS NOT ENOUGH ? With the bad tone and the dirty look. After 10 min. they brought out the food, and never come back to check in us, the tofu soup was plain, and not hot: after cracked the raw egg into the soup, no more boiling. Been in many BCD tofu places for past +20 years, this was the worst experience ever.

To start off this place has amazing customer service. They got me seated in such a short amount of time, and were able to take our order almost instantly. 10/10 They catered to my every need at all times and made sure all my side dishes and water was full. The food was very good and I would definitely come back. 9.7/10 It was very spacious seating and the ambiance was incredible to be around and in just a little noisy but it is expected. 9.2/10. 9.8/10 overall

Always had great service when it came to the Rowland Height's location. Even when there are waits, they have a quick Yelp waitlist to check people in quickly (if you don't show up when they call you, you'll lose your spot)I've never felt that there were any inconsistencies in food quality and I was able to share a combo meal with a friend of mine. Always consistent portions and plentiful sides to choose from (you can ask for consistent refills for sides). My go to order is the pork bulgogi meal. Show up around lunch time from about 12-3pm for a lunch price! The meat always comes out hot and fresh, and I love the fresh-made kimchi as one of the sides, it's what always gets me running back. The fish they provide you as a complentary side is also quite flavorful. Rice portion size is reasonable and overall, the ambiance is amazing! Definitely recommend to those looking for Korean tofu soup on a cold day.
