Poor service, waitress have resting bitc* face the whole time. I'm there to spend money on food and get table service, not to see your annoyed face. Otherwise, food is on saltier side and the green bean have a lot of fiber.I recommend the duck set!

The vinegared potato shreds you ordered are black ? I ordered it. This is the first time I see black vinegared potato shreds. Maybe you fried them with mature vinegar?

used to be quite good before the pandemic. May have changed cooks, under new management but the food was comparatively worse. We ordered one dish consisting of eggplant, green peppers and tomatoes which was quite salty. The waitress failed to be apologetic and when I insisted that it was not edible, rather than suggest that they bring another plate and use less salt, only said that she would take it back to the kitchen and they would throw the same stuff back in the wok and recook it, perhaps adding some fluid to it to reduce the saltiness. Total failure in terms of customer service. We will not return here
Personally I.. don't know much about Beijing and their food but enough to jibber jabber for two minutes before the other realizes i'm full of shit. Perhaps literally, but I digress. The food, in all honesty, was this __ close to crossing the line of too much grease. No thanks woks that don't wash. But all the ingredients, even vegetarian dishes are meaty in the best of ways. I felt like I needed a massive wash with car wash hose yet at the same time dreaming of those candied yams. That kind of sticks in your teeth but doesn't stop you from trying to wrangle that hard candy in. Prawns were excellent and beautifully glazed. Steamed buns as one of Beijing's staples is brilliantly executed. The menu itself is.. simply over extensive but love the marker and whiteboard system. Eco friendly and attentive service.
