Food portioning is amazing! Service is great and it's just a nice spot to chill at with friends

standard pocha/Korean bar food that was mid-tier personallyMy favorite dish of the night was the chicken gizzards that came out super fresh, and the gizzards were cooked well. usually, the wait for this spot is crazy long but we got here at 7 pm on a Friday night which was perfect before the busy crowd for our group of 8. There are mainly only tables of 4 (shown in my photo), but we were able to snag a big table for 8 near the entrance when coming early. chill spot to drink some soju, and beers, and hang with friends if you don't care for decor and just want decent food and drinks! they played good kpop music, too :)Parking in this plaza is a nightmare, but if you're patient, you'll find a spot!we got about 9 large bottles of beer, and maybe 5-6 (maybe more) bottles of soju plus all this food with gratuity automatically included: total cost $360

Foods amazing but don't count on the business to call your phone if you wait. Went to tastea to kill sometime before being seated and come back to find out we got skipped without being notified on the phone considering they ask for your phone number. Waited about an hour and a half arriving at 10:50pm ish.Edit: decided to leave and go to banana bay instead. Kept sitting other people and never sat us down and got tired of waiting. Don't count on them at all to call your number.

Great place to hang out with your friends and grab some late night food! Blossom is in the same plaza as Tastea and Banana Bay so it does get busy and parking can be difficult. I came on a Friday night around 8:30 PM and there was no wait. There's a few booths and a larger table in the front. We tried the following items:- Blossom French Fries $15.99Can't go wrong with French fries! It was a good size to share with friends and comes with meat and egg on top. Would definitely order again- Sweet and Spicy Wings and Soy Garlic Wings $15.99 per item and comes with 8 piecesOut of the two flavors, my favorite was the soy garlic; but I usually don't like spicy wings in general. Another great item to share!- Seafood Udon Noodle Stir Fry $17.99Not that much seafood in this dish and was mainly udon and cabbage. There was only a few oyster and squid pieces. It's not bad, but I don't think it was worth the price. Also didn't come with any shrimp. Also ordered an IPA pitcher which was $22.99.Overall, would definitely come back. Customer service was also good and everything came out fairly quickly.

Honestly, such a great place to meet with a large group of friends for drinks and finger foods. The drinks are pretty good but the the later you go, you will have less to choose from since they do run out of stuff.I've been here twice before, and the food has never disappointed. The most I've had to wait to be seated was around 15 minutes. I would recommend that you try to be earlier if you have a larger party. They always have good music playing and the service is always pretty great. If you don't know what to order staff is always there to help you decide on what to get.

AMBIANCE - Entering Blossom Soju is like entering one of those pop-up museums; it's cute, dark, with lots of purple, pink, and red lights. The decor is always so interesting to look at but overall, it's a vibe here! Oh, and enjoy the music. It brings it all together!FOOD - So my niece brought me here because she kept raving about their Army Soup. She. Was. Not. Wrong. The Army Soup is around $40 but it can definitely feed around 4 people. So just be aware of that. The soup was so delicious. You can't go wrong ordering it. We also got their Onion Rings and Parmesan Fries. Both were good but I think the Onion Rings were more of a hit for us.SERVICE - So the 1 star is knocked off ONLY because of their timing. What I mean by that is that one of their guys decided to mop the first thing when they opened. So not only do you have to be careful as you walk but you also get stuck seeing the mop go around as you wait for your food. Our waitress' were amazing though. Constantly checked on us and made sure everything was good.NOTE(S) - Limited seating + VERY busy parking lot.

Blossom had a really nice vibe after just walking into the restaurant. Really nice decorations almost as if you are walking into a Japanese bar or downtown urbanized Japanese city. Funny enough the food was Korean and it was delicious! Their strawberry soju was extremely addicting and a little too easy to drink. It paired extremely well with their McDonald like French fries and sweet and spicy chicken wings. The soy garlic chicken wings were my favorite because it had a nice blend of sweet and an extremely crispy exterior. The one downside was the seafood pancake we ordered and how many times we had to ask them to bring it out. It was a busy night and they kept forgetting. Overall the food was really delicious and the vibe was great! Give this place a try! I definitely want to try their army stew next time around!!!

As someone who doesn't live in Socal, ever since I have visited this plaza I have been wanting to try out this place for the past 3 years. As of earlier this month I finally had the chance to come back and try it out, and sadly I must say that this place let me down.I came in with a group of 8 people, and luckily the staff were able to get us a table once we had our whole group here.As the name of Blossom implies, it is a Soju and Beer place. However, we came inside expecting that they would have a Somaek Tower (Soju/Beer Mix) that my friends and I could share over food, but there wasn't. It's not completely their fault for not having it since we came in with those expectations, but for a place that has the name "Soju And Beer" you would think they'd have one?Regardless, we were already here at Blossom so might as well just order food since we were all really hungry. We ordered the Nachos, a fried food platter, and this one dish that had tofu on the side. To sum up every dish, everything tasted very lackluster. It wasn't anything special as we expected the nachos to be a little more loaded with toppings, and also the fried food platter wasn't that hot.Maybe because we also didn't get any drinks which could have elevated the experiences, but the drinks were a little too pricey for my friends.I really want to give this place another chance, but seeing that I am only down here annually I rather give a chance to a new place that I can try out.

We ordered the pineapple soju, army stew, soy garlic chicken wings and corn cheese! Food: tbh it is very average and nothing crazy at all. i feel like you could definitely make these meals at home but with that being said, the pineapple soju was delicious! the drink was both smooth and sweet, making it very easy to down a lot lol. also, i love that it gets served in a pineapple :Dservice: good! was very quick and attentiveambience: i like that you are able to drink and be loud however much you want! it is overall a great place to go with friends to drink while enjoying some typical korean bar food. bonus star for being open so late into the night!

A good local spot for guilty pleasure food and hanging out late. The mixed drinks are weak, but the staff are nice. Menu items are pricy since the portions are large and meant to be shared between 2-3 people. DRINKS ORDERED- Fresh Kiwi Soju ($22.99 - 30 oz). Full of fresh blended fruit, but honestly tasted meh. Not only was the alcohol watered down, but also the kiwis were not ripe. Shared between two, I don't recall getting buzzed with our meal.- Strawberry Lemonade Soju ($18.99 - 30 oz). I got this on a separate visit, also shared between two. The taste was artificial, but acceptable. We agreed it was also weak, so we ordered an original Chamisul and emptied it into the pitcher. FOOD ORDERED- Corn Cheese ($9.99). Good, but could have had more mayo. - Blossom French Fries ($16.99). Thin-cut fries topped generously with thousand island, some sort of sweet white sauce (which I would prefer less of), beef bulgogi with a semi ground/chopped texture, and soft fried eggs (a bit too snotty for my tastes). Overall, it's good.- Budaechigae / Spicy Army Soup ($41.99). Salty and tasty soup with spam, sausage, bacon, tofu, ramen noodles, and American cheese slices. It's expensive, but also a huge portion. I had leftovers for days.- LA Galbi ($30.99). Good, but pricy. Taste is not better than other Korean places in town, so you could skip this here unless you were really craving galbi short ribs. - Fire Spicy Chicken ($20.99). Juicy chicken, moderately spicy gochujang sauce, and mozzarella cheese.

You come here to drink. and to snack. The ambiance here is set up so that you can sit and talk with your friends, and you might have to be a little loud to hear each other but it's not an open area where you just can't hear anything. Then you look at the food ... and it's reminiscent of street food in Korea; it's not so much prim-and-proper prepared food, but they'll charge you for it.Our fried sampler platter came out properly cooked, so execution is on point; however, after some bites I just felt it was kind of pulled out of a frozen box prepared from somewhere. That and their kimchi pancake was extremely oily. Other than that, wait staff here are attentive and make sure you have everything that you need; so overall the experience here is a very positive one. Just remember that you're not here for a dining experience and you'll feel the same.

Friendly service and good food. Great place to hang out! They still have outdoor dining.

I came here with friends (total of 6) and was very pleased with our evening. Unfortunately the food is not the greatest; I would pass on the seafood ramyun. We ordered 2 Soju flavors; pear was strong but delightful & pineapple which was presented with fresh fruit. The food we ordered came out slowly...and it wasn't too busy of a night (Wednesday). I would return only for the drinks.
