The girl that works here is rude as fuck. Never returning here. Can't even greet your customers or anything. Just gives them a blank stare and her tone of voice is so impolite.

This place replaced the extremely poorly run Its Boba Time. My only issue was it was clear the woman working there did not want to be there, and no matter how nice you act she doesn't care. BUT she gets the job done. I ordered a green Thai tea that was soo good! I've always wanted to try green Thai and I want more. My bf got tbe pistachio frappe which tasted like the It's Boba Time version which was funny. It's good though. The place itself is clean and the drinks didn't take long to get. For sure will return for that green Thai tea!

Ordered and waited and waited and waited - then I hear others have been waiting 35 min for 3 drinks.Poor girl working here all alone.After 25 min she started making my drinks because I asked.Whoever is managing this place or owns this place should be sited for allowing this girl to have to work here all by herself. Not to mention I think she is on the spectrum, so another reason she shouldn’t have help.

the afternoon cashier/barista is rude and tips herself with your card. i've never seen her smile. she makes rude comments under her breath and when you ask her to repeat herself she says "nothing." love the drinks but the service is soooo bad.

I was in for some boba last night, after placing the order, I glanced at the register and saw my total amount was $11.00. I gave an employee my credit card and noticed that she added $0.55 to the transaction. After I received my two drinks, I asked for the receipt, she gave herself a 10% tip on my behalf. I confronted her about this, she said it was not a tip but it is a transition fee for using a credit card. There's a sign anywhere inside the restaurant nor was it mentioned to me. She didn't return the money. I have been robbed. She has no right to add additional charges without customer approval, not even $0.01.

It's my first time to this boba shop, I ordered an matcha straberry, it's one of their top ten. I'm sorry to say that I didn't have a good experience, they forgot to add sugar in my drink, it tastes bland, and the matcha do not look fresh, it's kinda grayish green.

Service was good but drinks were less than mediocre. Ordered the classic black milk tea, which was okay, and the green Thai tea, this drink tasted rotten. Either they're using expired products or the ratio between the flavors for this drink are totally off. Would not recommend the green Thai tea

I’ve gone to this place many times and today was the last time. It smelled absolutely terrible. The last two times I order milk tea instead of flavored and the taste just isn’t right. I’ve also had terrible boba a few times, very hard or too soft or old. It’s difficult to place an order, I consistently get a confused look when I order from one of the employees. Looks like they rebranded recently as well. Don’t recommend

I ordered here thru the UberEats App. and it was NOT pleasant at all. I am solely making this review just on the drinks itself and not the "UberEats experience". On the app the Jasmine Milk Tea was buy one get one free so I went with that. Light ice, Reg. Sweetener. Reg Boba. I also purchased a Watermelon Slush with extra boba. Upon receiving my order all my drinks were very very watered down & worthless to drink. There was no sweetener in any of the drinks. Very little boba . And this is one of the reasons why I don't order teas/drinks thru Uber . I probably won't ever order here thru Uber or Postmates but I will be a walk in customer next time .. Last time I was a walk in customer my drinks were FANTASTIC.
