The best authentic Taiwanese food in US. Love this place, friendly service, reasonable price. Great place to take all my friends and family when we are looking to have some delicious Taiwanese food. Can't go wrong!!

Great and authentic Taiwanese food. Never been here before. Came here because of the reviews and gave it a try. The food and servers were awesome. Our family would love to come back. So glad to find the hidden gem in Rowland Heights.

Overall, the food are very oily. Most of them are good for the taste! Sizzling black pepper beef.... very salty and oily Garlic salted pork....very oily and all of the meats are fatty meats Fried squid..... this veggie is perfect for me! I love it! Fried pork kidney.... I actually ordered pan fried pork liver.... But, I love this dish anyway! Overall, this is a pretty decent place as the Taiwanese cuisine! I'll give 3.5 stars due to the oily food and the price! They don't offer the discount menus anymore!

One of my favorite places to get affordable taiwanese food. These pubs were common place years ago but harder to find now. I love their 3 cup pots, steamed crab with noodles and popcorn chicken. Friendly service and Kirin on tap makes me always a happy customer. Will be back soon.

Cold pitchers of beer and flavorful food plus good friends equal a great time at Cheers! This place has become a favorite and in regular rotation for group dinners. All their dishes are good and service consistent. Must try their famous 3 cup chicken and basil clams.

I was not sure about this restaurant, the reviews seems mixed, however, we are glad we tried this place, it has the best 3 cup chicken EVER! The place is small but it wasn't busy when we were there, only 3 tables on Monday night. The food came out quickly, I guess because it wasn't busy. The service was okay, she was friendly enough, only 1 server at Monday night thou. Will definitely be back

One of the best Taiwan pubs around. Totally reminds me of many fun evenings in Taipei when visiting friends last summer. Their salt pepper crab and chinese wine chicken soup were perfect on a cold evening. Give this place a try and you will enjoy it too. Service is also very good. Those one star reviews for poor service were long ago and the current staff are great.

Last night I came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. I was told by some of the guests that this place was one of the best Taiwanese restaurants around. We had a party of 12 and the staff accomodated us so well. Everyone was super nice and efficient. There were an endless array of dishes, some were delicious, couple were too spicy for me and there was an intestines dish everyone wanted me to try but the non adventurous eater in me refused! Overall, Cheers was definitely 5 stars.

Came here for dinner last night with friends. They had one of the best 3 cup chicken I have ever had. Their sour cabbage intestines and basil clams were also delicious. Service with a smile and plenty of beer made it one of the better meals I have had in a long while. Will definitely be back.

Best and most authentic Taiwanese food in town. Flavors are bold and perfect with lots of beer. Service is great and we always enjoy our meals here with friends and family. Big 5 stars.

Being Taiwanese I always crave an authentic taste of home. This is getting harder and harder to in socal as there seems to be fewer and fewer Taiwanese restaurants. I can easily say that Cheers is the absolute best Taiwanese joint I have had in many years. Their dishes taste like I am at a local stir fry beer cafe in some obscure alley in Taipei, I am truely impressed by all the dishes I have had here. I have come about 5 times now and my friends and I always leave stuffed and completely satisfied! There are dishes here you just can't find outside Taiwan anymore like the cuttlefish with 5 spice sauce, 3 cup intestines and street style sausages just to name a few. Basically if you love Taiwanese cuisine or good food in general while washing it down with cold beer then Cheers is a must try!

We came here because of their yelp checking in offer, and we are glad we did. The food here is very good and server is friendly, the only small complain we have is the wait time for the dishes, we waited about 10 minutes before the first dish was out, its kind of slow but will let pass because of the good taste, will come back

Came here with my family to have an early Chinese new year celebration dinner and the place was quite empty, only another table when we came in and another table was there when we left. There were 7 of us and my mom had diet restrictions (vegetarian with no garlic or onion) so we requested a vegetarian fried rice and couple vegetable dishes in addition to other meat dishes. Many of the dishes we were interested in, or recommended on their board were not available even though we went early. Anyways, the service was really slow even though they weren't very busy. We also had to remind them to bring the beer and rice that we ordered, and they never once came to refill our water or brought bowls over until asked. Food was okay, a little on the salty side but descent. The only one I really didn't like was the shrimp pot with rice noodle, the noodle was very soggy and salty, shrimps didn't taste very fresh. One of our vegetable dish still came with garlic even though we requested not to have onion or garlic, so my mom couldn't eat. The fried rice came with nothing except some egg inside.. which is also part of the reason I am giving them a 3 star. When it was time to pay, I learned that they charged us $13 for the fried rice that only had egg in it. When asked, they said they don't give discount and can only charged us the seafood fried rice at the regular rate but without the seafood. I think they should have said something at the time we ordered it, or perhaps at least put some vegetables in it if they were going to charge the full price... There is also a sausage fried rice on the menu at as slightly cheaper price they could charge us but nope, seafood fried rice with no seafood or any vegetables. Overall I just think it's not a very thoughtful business practice. Overall if you don't have any special diet restrictions or not in a hurry, I think this place is okay, but if you are expecting attentive service or reasonable accommodation I would go elsewhere. Overall it's not about a few dollars on a fried rice, but feeling that this business did not care about your business or try to take care of you or provide your family a enjoyable dining experience. Will most likely not return again.

Although there are might be lots authentic Taiwanese food in Los Angels area, this place is one of the good ones. I was there on a Saturday afternoon and I had to make a little effort to make to this area which was not really a tourist are. But it was definitely worth for my trip. We ordered fried oyster pancake, stewed cabbage, gingered intestines, fried soft shell crabs.. they were all good to us since we don't really get to eat decent Taiwanese food often. I will definitely go back here if I am in town.
