Great tea, but it’s getting more difficult to justify the prices at ~$8+ per drink.I also agree with another review that the absence of a “no-ice” option is a hindrance; sometimes I want to save a drink for later (or the next day) and forcing me to add ice means a diluted drink or more work for me.Lastly, please bring back online orders.

The girl at the counter and super nice and friendly. Gave us a sample to try and it was good as well. Recommend to try fresh milk with brown sugar bubble, sooo good and different than the usual ones. Will come backkk

Just reviewing the drink!!! First time at the OC location! Wait time was around 40 mins for a drink. Inside is a tad crowded due to the wait on drinks and limited seating space I ordered the peach series-- peach ding ding oolong with Mouse. They don't allow customized toppings for the limited series sadly. This particular drink itself was ok. The tea itself was good, but the peach flavor wasn't it for me as a person who much prefers Japanese white peach. Theirs just had a more syrupy taste rather than a bright, fruity flavor. Regardless, I'll be back to try other drinks

Was super excited to try this place! It took about an hour in total to order and get our drinks. Ordered the high mountain pouchong tea with mango. You can see them measuring out the tea leaves and making the tea fresh. Inside was nice but was packed. Yes the tea tasted good but not amazing enough to wait that long!

Nothing like it! Waited 30-45 mins during the weekends. Worth it! The teas are freshly brewed, controlled temperature and its quality you can taste! Boba topping is yummy too!

First time trying this place and wasn't disappointed! I normally frequent the surrounding boba establishments so i was looking forward to try this place after hearing about it. In order to get a good idea of how good a place is, I get both a milk tea and a fruit tea. Upon ordering, the cashier provided a sample of their High Mountain tea w passion fruit and we really liked it so it became one of the drinks we got. She was very helpful and attentive to our choices. I was already fixated on getting their speciality drink at the time Peach Ding Dong Oolong w Mousse so i got that as well. But found out theyre not able to do add-ons to it. Overall, 9/10 experience! Brown sugar boba milk was delicious! Perfectly chewy and perfectly sweet drink, my bf and i were fighting over the last bits of boba at the end. The fruit drinks were incredibly tasty as well, you can adjust the sweetness and ice of each drink if you prefer that. Will definitely be returning to try more drinks and see how their milk teas taste!

Highly, HIGHLY recommended for those that know what good boba and good tea are supposed to taste like. "Don't judge a book by its cover!" At first... A bit skeptical because it doesn't look like your typical boba spot with lots of pictures, flavors, colors, and decor all over the place. But so glad we tried this place out! Everyone in my group was so surprised. Taro balls? Yes, it was good! Cream? Yes! Taro paste? Yeah! Boba? Heck yeah! We asked someone in line what she recommended... Oolong tea with cream and boba is what she got. She traveled from Irvine just to get her drink! (Non-locals, that's like an hour drive during traffic. lol) I ended up with black tea with cream, taro paste and boba. It was surprisingly good! Another friend got the black tea with cream and taro balls and it was at the top of her list of the best boba drinks. I want to go back and try the peach tea drinks!

Attention everyone. DO NOT GO to this location. The drinks are good but hella expensive. They charge extra for just milk (+$1). Expect to spend about $7.5 PER DRINK AND WAIT 25 minutes TO JUST ORDER. And another 25 minutes for the drinks to be made. The reason for the slowness, 1. There's 1 cashier 2. Everyone else is too busy making drinks that only the 1 cashier can answer questions. 3. There's no picture or anything describing the drink on the menu. Thus people will ask questions thus adds more time. There's no customer service because everyone is too busy. Cashier will only mention a 25 minutes delay only when you start ordering. Solutions, 1. hire more people. Stop being cheap. 2. Have more than one cashier 3. Have greeters in store with their job is to answer questions due to the horribly designed pictureless menu. 4. Get iPad for ordering... it's 2024. Seriously avoid this location until they fix this. Otherwise you will only get an overpriced tea with a 40-45minutes long wait. Truly amazing. I will never come back.

Good tea but too much ice and a SUPER long line. I'd still come back, wish there was larger size cups though

Good but overhyped and overpriced boba tea. Tried the classic bubble tea and took me a good 20+min to get it.Will stick to TPTea!

A friend of mine visited the Rowland Heights store on Tuesday (2/13/2024). After purchasing drink, she couldn’t remember whether she left her purse behind. Therefore we went back on Thursday (2/15) to ask store manager if someone turn in my friend’s purse. And also asked whether store manager can kindly check surveillance video to see if my friend did carry her purse out. Unfortunately store manager didn’t even think a minute but quickly said “NO”.Update…Appreciate the quick response and helped out.ChiCha San Chen ?

So happy they opened a spot in Rowland, and the line is much shorter here! Compared to other boba spots, the tea flavor is prominent and you can tell their ingredients are extremely high quality. They brew every drink in front of you. As someone who likes less sweet drinks, the sweetness is perfectly balanced. This is what I ordered: Dong Ding Oolong Tea with Fresh Milk (Add ons: bubble + less sweet + less ice) ** I would recommend normal sweet for this drink Green tea w passion fruit (add ons: grass jelly + less sweet + less ice)

This is seriously amazing boba! 10/10 recommend! Everything seems so fresh. The girl at the counter was so helpful at making sure I knew how to order and giving recommendations. It can get busy quickly but over all worth the wait. The environment is pretty quiet unless busy.

This place seems overhyped since it's relatively new. We got the peach green tea, and boba milk teas, but they were just ordinary. Sad to say I'm not sure if this place is any better than TenRen's. The flavor of the tea was not even as flavorful. Pretty packaging, long lines, but overall could have been better. The wait, lines, lack of flavor, price = overhyped. A Michelin star comes with expectations, and we were definitely disappointed!
