We used to eat here once or twice a week until we moved our office. Today we revisited this place and wanted to see if the food was still as good as before. The service was still very good and friendly, but unfortunately the food didn’t taste as good as before. The dry noodles were pretty good, but the rest was bit below expectations. For example, the pork hocks tasted average but many hair left unplucked. The 水煎包 grilled buns’ flavor was okay, but the skin was too thick and chewy. The street wantons’ wraps were way too thick and some parts weren’t cooked through. Finally the mixed appetizer (攪和攪和) really needs improvement. The cucumbers had no flavor and the seaweeds were way undercooked, nearly raw. I guess things change and as well as tastes, even at one your old favorites.

Ding's Garden was not as busy as I expected then I found out why. I wonder if they got new chefs because some basic items like scallions pancakes and beef wraps were rather plain. We did try a few new items that were pretty good. The idiots dry noodle (what a name) was surprisingly good. The house 5-items cold plate was very satisfying. Basically I would come back but not my top pick considering options available nearby.

The food is still excellent. But there is an issue with the price. 3 weeks ago, we ordered an vegetable fried rice, one of our favor dishes, the price list said $13.99, but we got charged $16.99. We talked to the waitress about the price difference, and was told the $16.99 is what show on their computer so we have to pay $16.99, the $13.99 is an old price, they have not changed he price list yet. We accept the price but No one from the restaurant say sorry to us about the price difference. Today, we were there, order to-go dishes, and we ordered the same fried rice again. The menu still say $13.99 and we are still charged with $16.99. We raised the question again and asked why the menu price hasn't changed yet? We were totally ignored and were told that if we are not happy with the price, we can change to other dish. First, they have to reflect the price change on the menu, and charge according to the menu, that is the law. Second, we are not sure if there are other dishes that have the same price issue. Third, the waitress is very rude to the customer, gave us the feeling that they don't care if we decide not to order. So check your bill for the prices if you decide to eat there.

Pan fried shrimp noodles were excellent!

Potion miserable, price in my memory high, people eating or working there need an escape. My last visit ordered 2 items to go and only received one. When you are in a hurry, remember to skip this place.

Their wonton noodle soup was truly amazing. This has to be the best wonton noodle soup that I have gotten from any restaurant. The broth was incredibly rich, and I will always go here if I am craving a classic wonton noodle soup.

Their food is amazing and the price is fair. I had the Ma po tofu and wintermelon drink. Both were fantastic. 太好吃了!

Food is ok, we ordered 2 noodle dishes and stinky tofu. Not bad but not the best. Likely won't go back again.

9/17. This Chinese young lady waitress is so fu*king rude! She didn't even serve us with water! She doesn't even want to serve us and gave us a ugly face when we are there! Bad! The older lady is nicer!

Came in and there were only 2 tables occupied. Got seated immediately. Ordered:- Braised beef noodle (spicy): This came out first before our appetizer. Had a good kick to it and the noodles were thin. Wish it had a little more beef but overall it was decent.- Beef Roll: Mehhhhh, the beef came out cold. I wouldn't recommend this or order this again. It was small and cold. This mainly consists of the dough, cilantro, beef, and hoisin sauce.- Wintermelon Tea: Added the $1.25 "special drink" which ended up being wintermelon. It was very sweet imo but I finished it nonetheless Overall, nothing really wowed me.

I was skeptical but something about their noodles is so so so good! I always get their peanut sauce cold noodles with cucumber. They also serve good cold dishes like braised peanuts, braised beef.

An alright Chinese diner kind of food. There was absolutely no wait for this restaurant.Their portion sizes are decent and the pricing is ok given the current economy. The pork chop doesn't come cut which was strange, but at least they don't use too much batter when cooking it.The cold dish set comes with a lot of cilantro, so if you're a fan of it, it's pretty decent value. One thing to note is the noodles had a little too much oil at the bottom than I felt was necessary, but overall still pretty good. This can be a decent back up option to eat at if the eateries in the area are jam packed.
