ZERO STARS, NEVER COMING BACK.My girlfriend and I ordered 2 drinks on 3/9/24 and her taro cookie milk tea drink contains a powder taro mix. The company does not use natural taro, it is powdered. Taro shouldn't be offered because it is a high risk toxin that can get people real sick and lead to kidney stones. My girlfriend had a painful stinging sensation in her neck and experienced severe stomach pains, she associated the pain to child labor. She was throwing up and had diarrea all night long because of this drink. I will be reporting this to management and corporate. Taro also contains Calcium Oxalate which is toxic to humans, I don't know why they offer this drink if it a high risk allergen.The drive through bi*ch was super rude as well.

Came this whole week and my drink was different every single day and not to mention the 7-10mins I waited to place my order ??♀️the girl seemed confused today. Today they forgot the chia seeds! Why ask me if you don’t plan on giving me what I order????!!!! I really wish they would all make my team the same way! Joshua did a great job but the other 4 days horrible

Cute outside decor :) Actually it used to be my best go to bubble tea shop but not that much now due to discontinuing coffee drink. Other drinks were good too however. :) Their popcorn chicken used to be good but this time they were overcooked and not that much tasteful. Customer service was not pleasant actually. Overall it's just okay, not that good but not too bad but unfotunately it will not be my place any more.

We ordered 3 drinks and fried tofu, paid and the window server got mad when we didn't leave a tip. I am not sorry for not leaving a tip, this is not the type of service you leave a tip for, so the rudness received at the Rowland Hights location was uncalled for and unprofessional.
So I found this place and it happens to have the best boba I've ever tasted. Soft chewy and delicious. They have a drive thru and they also have food to choose from I got the fried tofu and it was really good ! Their Oreo boba drink was really good! Can't wait to go back!

I recently visited this place, and I couldn't help but be disappointed. They decided to remove the toppings out of some drinks, yet the prices remained unchanged. They replaced the “mango sun” to “Cheesy mango clouds”, which taste exactly the same but without the toppings and the price stayed the same. Grass jelly now cost additional fees, which it use to come in the matcha freeze. It feels like a blatant money grab, and the overall experience is just not worth it anymore. Save your money and find a place that values its customers wishes more.

Recently had the displeasure of visiting Summerfield Tea bar, and my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the prices of their products are exorbitantly high, making it difficult to justify any purchase. The value for money is simply not there.Adding to the frustration, the customer service was disappointingly subpar. The staff seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than assisting customers. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and it felt like a hassle to even inquire about products.To make matters worse, the rude and unhelpful demeanor of the employees created a sense of discomfort. It's disheartening to see a place that not only overcharges for its items but also lacks basic courtesy and respect toward its patrons.Upon entering, it was immediately apparent that cleanliness was not a priority. The floors appeared to have been neglected, with visible dirt and grime in various areas. Tables were sticky, and it was evident that cleaning routines were not being adequately enforced.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against visiting Summerfield tea bar . The combination of overpriced goods, lackluster service, and a generally unpleasant environment make it an establishment to avoid at all costs.
