So much better than Lee'sParking: Spacious parking lot. This plaza has been around for decades I remember coming here as a kid than into my teen and adult years.

Have to give them a shout out on their popcorn chicken getting them two times in one week! Never disappoint, flavor it's savory, it has enough crunchiness on the outer shell, tender on inside. Service is always nice the gentleman with glasses very generous when I ask for spiciness. Always love this place since I have being coming here when I was first came to America. Originally was quickly but the owner changed but the food never changed still as delicious.

Agree with the previous comments! Best popcorn chicken in Rowland heights. We always get the combination with popcorn chicken, tempura, and pork blood rice cake! We get it every time we come to the area.

Found inside the market. Popcorn chicken is good. I wanted hot sauce and the worker made me some I thought that was really nice. If you want a quick little snack this is where you can grab it.

A small little hole in the wall with big surprises from drinks, to light snacks to even an open market to explore! Yums The Fried Squid Balls and Fried Chicken were both wonderfully and generously seasoned. Thankfully, the distinct taste of savory saltiness wasn't what made these snacks a trademark for this shop, but something to remember whenever you find yourself in the area! The drinks especially do not create an overly sweet taste and the boba is both plentiful AND soft and sweet to the bite! Easy Convenience The shop itself is easy to find and the shop provides you with small sticks and utensils for eating your foods! Granted that the sticks for the small sticks are thin, they don't break easily and allow you to do some guesswork when blindly searching in the bottom for remaining snacks! There's also been practically no wait time for the various visits and the orders get taken quick! Lustre What sets this place apart from other shops is the authentic Taiwanese cuisine that you can find from its origins! Both in representation style and taste, this is definitely a place to take you back and remind you of those good street food days. It's even located inside a market to find more asian-loved snacks and drinks to take home! Price to Portion No complaints here! The price does certainly pay for the portions especially for $9 for what seems to be an endless bag of Squid Balls and Fried Chicken!

The food is so good. The staff were very friendly. The food takes a little long since it's a small mom and pop shop. I would recommend calling your order ahead of time if you are on a time crunch.

Their popcorn chicken are the best, but the spice is a bit weak. You also don't have to wait for a long time it's pretty quick. Also the workers are very friendly. Highly recommend

Ordered the Green Tea Latte. It was made with matcha powder and shaved ice. Was a litte too bitter for me (because of the matcha, which I should have known! ) but the boss lady was kind enough to add more sugar for me and re-blend my drink. $5.25 for a drink is super cheap for LA, so I'm super happy with both the service and the price :) The location is also inside the Hong Kong Supermarket, near the main automatic double doors, so if you're in the area, it's a convenient place to stop by!

Spending 15 minutes on an order of popcorn chicken that cost $10 was not worthwhile, as the chicken pieces were only small and there were a lot of crumbs.

Ordered popcorn chicken for $10 but only got crumbs and no meats inside

Just inside at the entrance of the HK supermarket. Easy online ordering. However, the drink names don't really depict the actual drink. I ordered a green tea latte with east boba. The drink was more of a slushy type matcha tea with a white topping that seemed more of a foam whipped cream that you would get from a can. The boba had no taste but at least wasn't all sugary. Would I come back? No! Too many better boba tea places in the area.
