I loved the Japanese decor as it felt very authentic. Food was good. We had calamari for appetizer, ramen & some sushi dishes. Service can be improved. Our server was the older later whom was obnoxious. They do not have napkins as part of your table placements which is odd.

Kopan Ramen wins the most improved award! I tried Kopan Roman when they first opened up back in 2019 and I wasn't that impressed. The restaurant was bland and I found the ramen to be overpriced and mediocre. I decided to give them another shot today and they surprised me! This was a totally different restaurant. I appreciated the completely remodeled, cozy izakaya interior, and the food had clearly taken a big step up without changing the price much:-Kuro Mayu Ramen: rich without being too oily-Salmon Roll: a simple roll that was elevated with good presentation and creative garnishes-Takoyaki: Served piping hot with a good crispy outer layer-Pork Cutlet: Crunchy and moist with a sauce that wasn't too saltyWell, Kopan Ramen is an excellent place for their price point and they far exceeded my expectations. I was disappointed with myself for writing them off 5 years ago ?. You should definitely visit Kopan Ramen if you want good Japanese food and a nice atmosphere at a reasonable price point!

Pulled into Kopan to get a ramen fix. I had the pork based brother ramen, endamane peas and mixed tempura Everything was delicious. The ramen noodles were chewy, the broth very flavorful and the tempura crunchy. Great dinner.

I came here for the first time on 01/07/2023. The food was incredible, the Sashimi was delectable as were the rolls and gyozas. I definitely recommend the Fatty Salmon, Yellowtail, Crazy roll, and the eel. Our server, Ben, was very helpful with his input an his service was top notch. He was energetic, attentive, prompt, and friendly. A+ service. The restaurant was very clean too. I am definitely going to return.

They change new menu, beware stone bowl, it's so small. I ordered an unagi Donburi for $18.95, coming a 4-inch diameter stone bowl. The bowl not hot not even warm, it is below room temperature.
The food, service and atmosphere were awsome. My favorite item we ordered was actually the chily garlic edamame.

The restaurant staff had Very bad attitude! I brought my 3 young kids signed up to waiting list. No one was in front of us waiting. The restaurant is not full. While we are standing inside waiting for the table quietly. The waiter threw me and kids out to wait outside the door at winter night. We saw ppl coming out the door, but still not our yet. It’s a very bad experience standing in dark cold night with young kids! Will never ever return!!!

Parking: it's a large but busy center with a lot of popular stores so parking near the store of your choice might be a little difficult and the lanes are fairly tight. Service : all of the servers were super prompt and courteous. No complains :)Inside; the space is clean and cute. Dim lighting . There wasnt a wait Food; We got a few sushi rolls(samurai and crunchy dragon roll), takoyaki, salad ,and fried octopusAll of it was really good and fresh. Everything was filling and yummy with a variety of items to choose from. I feel bad for ordering the fried baby octopus... Takoyaki was hot and crispy and delicious. The salad was a little over dressed but that's probably just my preferenceHope this helps :)

My favorite Japanese food restaurant for ramen and sushi.Ramen broth is rich and thick, noodles texture is just perfect.If you love raw fish, try their sashimi and sushi! You’d never thought you could had this fresh high quality fish in such restaurants.If you’re looking for good deal, go for lunch bento box! Their katsu is delicious too!(All the branches, I tried at least three, their food and service quality are so reliable)
