Customer service was nice but the one thing we got cheated on was our Geoduck. We never got to see it nor was it brought out for us to confirm its weight yet we got charged for $97.48 for a 1.95lb. I was very suspicious of the little meat we had at Lobster Bay so I went to the market and bought a 2-lbs geoduck - lo & behold I made a lot a lot more out of the 2-lbs than what was served. Food was ok but I was more overly disappointed at their ethic.

My review is mainly on the food cause we all know service is not always going to be amazing at these types of restaurants haha. I come here pretty often with my parents because it's so close to my house. The food is almost always a hit with a few exceptions here and there but for the most part, we always leave pretty happy and with leftovers haha. I will say over the years, the portions have gotten smaller but that's not surprising considering how expensive things are getting. Food is always fresh and comes out relatively quickly

"The food was the best Chinese food he had ever eaten!" said one of our lunch mates. All 4 of us were delighted with the flavor of everything we ordered. We can't brag about the service; we had to ask for water all around twice. It was our 2nd time there, and we will return many more times since we have been searching for a great Chinese place in Rowland Hts. for many years now!

We came right at the beginning of dinner. We asked for a small room for our party. The waiter was very helpful on all our Questions. We ordered Lobster 2 different ways, steamed fish, noodles, crab fried rice, jellyfish, fried intestines, Chinese Broccoli and a few other dishes. It was whole lot of food for 9 people. The food was tasty and the waiter was very attentive. The restaurant is not current in style . But, the food is worth going.

Really great seafood, food comes out quickly, and the waiters are friendly and give prompt service. The only downside was that there weren’t many customers.

I usually come here with my family since we have so many people and the tables can seat up to about 10 people which makes it really easy for us. Parking can be a hit or miss depending on the day but usually you'll be able to find parking. The menu is available in Chinese and English and there are also Photos for some dishes making it easy for you to order. The one thing that I love about this restaurant is that they have the lazy Susan and all of the dishes are proportioned to be family style so you don't have to settle on one dish for yourself, but have the opportunity to try a little little bit of everything. The food is extremely fresh, well seasoned and not too salty, and it comes out pretty quickly. We usually like to start out with the fish maw soup and work our ways through entrées like fried rice or the dry chow fun flat noodles. Then we choose a couple of proteins. I will say though the fish that I have here was $150+ so as good as it was I would not recommend it unless you are willing to spend that much. The staff are really quick on their feet and nice!

When you go for a special lunch that is fine, but “Do Not Ordered Lobster” there, they were given a mixed lobsters (live and death lobsters) together and giving to us .They were cheating.

Growing up in San Gabriel valley I'm always looking for a delicious place for lunch. We popped by here & ordered the Boston Lobster house style . If Asian seafood is your jam , definitely visit this place ! My kid & I ordered a 4 pound Boston lobster, and didn't even make a dent in the platter. The noodles were slathered with the house lobster sauce and the nice waiter brought over dumplings on the house! We tried the kung pao chicken& it was perfectly seasoned with just the right kick of spice. Come here hungry, and this will be your only meal of the day! I just loved the decorative lobsters in the tank .. yes you can chose your dinner.

Celebrated my nephew's birthday with lunch at Lobster Bay. My first time eating here and I was impressed. We arrived about 1pm and there were plenty of tables so we were seated right away. After taking our order we didn't have to wait too long before we were served soup. We asked for ice waters in the beginning but they didn't bring them until after the soup. Just a slight delay. They served a house special soup to start. Different...with red beans in it, but good. Next came the Kung Pao chicken which tasted pretty ordinary. After the tofu in Chiu Chou sauce was served warm. Deep fried tofu covered in a soy type of sauce...it was good! Next came the stir fried string beans with Minced pork. The string beans were crispy and flavorful. We wanted to try the Rice Noodles in Zhong Shan style and really enjoyed thi tasty noodle dish. The last dish served was the House special lobster with noodles. The lobster was cooked in a sauce that was a little spicy but had a really good flavor! You could order the lobster cooked in other ways but we all thought this dish was delicious! The restaurant is decorated more than your typical Chinese restaurant. They even have. Fishing net displayed and hanging at the entrance with "caught" items in it. It's large enough to have a banquet but I'm not sure if they have dividers to make them more private. The food is good and the price is not too expensive so I do recommend giving it a try if you are in the area.

We only ordered the lobster to take away, but it was obviously very small even though it was a 3.2lb lobster, we ordered the deep fried HK style and the taste was not very good, which made me feel very disappointed, and the quality and the service has dropped compared to before!
