My bestie and I stumbled into this "food court" and saw the activity at Ly and HAD to get in on the excitement. My eyes were overwhelmed at the rows and rows of amazing looking dumplings and treats for Lunar New Year. The order/check out was such a fervor from customers NEEDING these dumplings for family celebrations. How could we resist??? If I may, to give some level of comparison, Ly is the Porto's of dumplings. These are made fresh before your eyes and RACKS of the dumplings are wheeled about to fulfill MANY orders. Prices were good, so we ordered traditional (pork, shrimp, leek) and my FAVE (lamb) dumplings to share. There was some confusion, or perhaps the pork were only available fresh, but the lovely lady filling orders asked us to come back for our dumplings. About 15 minutes later she motioned to us and handed the order of 50 frozen lamb dumplings then disappeared for a moment to return with a HUGE tray of 50 fresh traditional dumplings. Our eyes went wide and she giggled. She then told us, 'go now get these home'. We took her advice and upon returning home, I gave each an additional dab of tapioca powder before lacing them in a freezer container. 6 of them did become a bit room temperature and sticky, so they immediately went into my boiling broth for dinner - DELICIOUS! Prefect ratio of wrapper to filling and lots of yummy pork/shrimp flavor. Some places will have more leek in the dumplings for obvious cost reasons, but these were PERFECT! We will DEF be back for more Ly dumplings! Happy New Yer and CHEERS! "CC"

Been buying buns from this shop from months now and there's not been one flavor that I didn't like. Friends and family enjoyed them too.

Beef Pie or Pancake was really good and the Pork Pie was okay or average. The Organic Cabbage Pork Dumpling had a lot of cabbage inside and the pork was gewd. Service was kinda funny because the cash register is not visible and the lady did not know I wanted to order.

?CASH ONLY?My favorite place to go to get quick, fresh and delicious Taiwanese snacks!Scallion pancakes and buns are almost always delicious and never fail. I just wish I could speak Chinese so I can order what I want comfortably without looking awkward.

Great place to grab some food to go. Efficient service and the food was good. Loved the buns and beef pies. My favorite was green onion pancake. Soft and flavorful.

Date:3/18/23I only tried their pies and really like it!#Pan fried leek pie( 韭菜盒子),Crispy golden brown thin dough with flavorful savory minced fillings( leek, eggs and vermicelli), not oily and taste delish!#Pork & Scallion pie(猪肉大葱馅饼)Pan friend golden brown dough with savory minced pork and scallion inside, juicy and flavorful! They do sell "cook at home" assorted frozen dumplings here. They lady who helped me is friendly and nice. I wanted to buy the pre- made leek pie on the tray, she asked if i can wait for 5 minutes to get a new and hot batch. Thank you! Will be coming back to try more on the menu!

I stopped in on a Friday afternoon a few weeks ago and had to wait for a fresh batch of beef pies, but it was definitely worth the wait. I ordered: • beef pie • pork pie • vegetarian pie • scallion pie This is a *cash only* place, but thankfully they had Zelle so I could scan their code for payment. My family enjoyed it and I look forward to coming back to try other menu items!

Haven't actually eaten here before but I have a very similar phone number to their store phone number. I get several calls a day from customers trying to order food. I even get Zelle payments that are actually meant for the restaurant and so I send them back. They make me handle refunding their own customers who've sent me money and of course I want to give people their hard-earned money back but I simply don't want to be bothered. I've called them twice now saying that their customers are being misdirected to me. They just told me that people are confusing the numbers and don't do anything. They should either make their phone number more legible on their menu, change their number, or warn their customers to dial the right number. Change your Zelle or something? Why are customers paying for food through Zelle anyway? So, warning. If you're gonna order from here over the phone dial the right number please. I usually don't answer numbers I don't recognize.

I made an order of $156, and drove up to Rowland Heights to take the order by myself. After I got there, I found I ordered too much. So I asked them if I can cut down part of the order, $10 less. The store employee then gave me very bad attitude. They can simply told me it is not allowed to change order. I am ok to pay more money. But I am really pissed off by her attitude. It turned out that this employee is the store owner's daughter. I drove 40 mins to there to pick up the order. And they treated me like this just because 6% of the money? It seems that this store doesn't care about customer and their reputation! I dare not buy their food again...

We always buy the freshly made steamed bao, bun, or pie, and loved them. Recently, I was told their frozen dumplings are good. I've tried the Leek Fish, Pickled Cabbage Pork, and Organic Cabbage Pork. All very authentic and the inside are filled full. They will have all my future business for dumplings. If you want to make sure to get what you want, call and reserve. I did because I live 40 miles away.
