I first learned about One Zo a couple years ago and was interested because I saw a short video of one of their stores making their bobas in-house! Handmade boba? Why yes, count me in! Fast forward to this past weekend when my Colorado relatives were in town, so I took the young ones out for a day of arcade games and eating to their heart's content. This boba shop is right next to Wetzel's Pretzels and across from Hai Di Lao. A handwritten sign offered 10% off total purchase if you showed them movie stubs from the same day. Drink selections: milk teas, brown sugars, lattes, brûlées, specials, fruit teas, smoothies, and original teas with prices ranging from $3.50 to $5.75. Add-on options: One Zo boba (3 types), black sesame boba, brown sugar boba, honey boba, strawberry boba, taro boba, lychee jelly, and cheese foam ranging from $0.75 to $1.25. We were instructed to shake each drink really well to mix it up for a better taste. Brûlée Oreo Brown Sugar Milk ($5.50) with Brown Sugar Boba ($1.00) - this just sounds like a sugar overload, but the eldest one enjoyed this drink. It's pretty much liquid dessert. One Zo Fruit Tea ($5.50) with Strawberry Boba ($0.75) - the youngest one went for this drink and really liked it. Came with fresh fruit too! However, he commented that the strawberry boba was kind of hard. Next time I visit One Zo, I'm definitely ordering this - it just looks so refreshing. Black Sesame Milk Tea ($4.00) with Black Sesame Boba ($1.00) - total s***** for black sesame, but also so glad I opted for less sugar in my milk tea because the black sesame boba was very sweet. I loved the black sesame milk tea itself though. I think the taro boba would have gone well with this drink. Service was courteous and it did seem like it took a while, but honestly it was only 20 minutes. One of the girls handed my drink to another female customer that had ordered after me because this customer was rather annoyed at waiting so long. The customer walked away only to realize shortly that it wasn't the drink she ordered, so she ziplined back to exclaim that she had ordered a large, not medium. I tried so hard not to roll my eyes. The girls behind the counter were so confused and flustered that they didn't apologize for the mix-up. Thankfully I wasn't in a rush, but the guy that helped us with our order and made our drinks was very apologetic nonetheless, which I appreciated. He was still training one of the girls when we first arrived and was very patient in answering all of our questions when we were deciding on what to order. This particular location has some rough reviews, but I think it's because they are still trying to work out their kinks especially since they opened in the beginning of 2020. Not sure what to order? Don't be afraid to ask for recommendations...or go with your instincts!

If you wanna watch a k-drama live this is the place to go. The employees are none-stop flirting with each other and are too busy take my order. Yet alone to make your drinks. 3 stars for the bad dialogue

As soon as I walked up, the employees were just playing on their phones. When I ordered they said they ran out of boba, what boba place runs out of boba? After waiting for 10 mins for my drink, my bf walked up and saw them all just talking and all of sudden they start working. When I got my drink and tasted it, it was powdery and watered down. I threw it away after 1 sip such a waste of money. So go to Ding Tea instead, thats what I did.

I came out of AMC and was thirsty, and I came upon One ZO. They have a sign-up that says they will give you 10% off if you show them your movie ticket, shoot, nowadays that's better than no percentage at all. My Order: Thai Ice tea.$5.00 (4) Stars**** Their Thai tea wasn't as sweet as most normally brewed teas thanks to the presence of their handmade condensed milk, but it was refreshing and delicious. I loved the nutty undertones and sweetness their condensed. milk provided. I wanna return to try their handmade honey, and Taro Boba, also their Jasmine green tea looked so good. Great addition and a nice place to get a drink before or after a movie night. Customer service: Very nice and knowledgeable about what they have and great recommendations!

Matcha latte, was very grainy/powdery and thick for some reason. Good place if you dont want something too sweet, but matcha needs some work. Boba was the only sweet part but after a few min the sweetness dissolved into the drink and it was back to being bland and thick. Expected better from such a popular place :(

Says closes at 9, but went there at 7:20 and it was already closed. Please update your hours of operations!

This place used to be really good. I love their handmade boba. They used to have a location in West Covina but it closed down so I started going to this one. I haven't gone here for a while until recently I went after seeing a movie and it was around 8pm. I purchased a brown sugar milk and brown sugar green milk tea. I walked to my car with my order and when I tasted it, there was no flavor at all. Just regular milk with tea and regular boba not even honey boba. My sisters brown sugar milk was literally just milk and bland boba. We thought about whether or not to complain but considering the price, we had to say something. I ran back and they had closed but I seen them inside so I told them about our drinks and the 3 of the workers looked at each other in confusion. They told me they couldn't remake anything cuz they were closed. I was close to asking them for a refund because they were hesitant on helping me out. It was frustrating because they acted as if I was lying. They told me the flavor is only in the boba and they never add syrup in the drink. I told them that not even the boba is flavored though. They finally decided to pour my drinks in a new cup and add some brown sugar syrup. It was better than nothing. It seems like they're getting lazy. Their boba drinks aren't how they're used to be. Sadly, I would not be coming back.

I've been wanting to try One Zo boba for a while, but like other places at Puente Hills mall, the service is questionable. Not only was it a turnoff that they had signs for Squid Game masks, and stock, but would apparently not sell it because Halloween was over (which I'm fully aware of but they're the ones who didn't remove the signs)...but ordering was a pain. I ordered with the digital menu and was questioned for every single item or customization. I mean no offense but I thought the whole point of using the digital menu was to reduce interaction and speed up the ordering process (I have young kids with little to no patience)...it just seemed very redundant and like they couldn't comprehend our order or our digital order. Finally, the taste of their "house" original was bland even without reduction of sugar. The brown sugar boba was good but oddly a smaller size (why? Cant they just be the same? Now my kids are complaining). The mango was good with the strawberry boba.

If you're going into AMC for a movie and craving for some milk tea fix they finally opened a OneZo location in SGV. It's located on the first floor across from Hai Di Lao next door to wetzel's pretzels. No they don't have any discounts for showing your movie ticket stub like wetzels or alpaca cafe next door here. The menu is smaller then other One Zo locations but they have the majority of the popular items. The usual go-to drink is Jasmine green tea or Black Sesame milk tea. You can order at the kiosk if its busy but usually its pretty slow business at this mall.

What makes One Zo so unique is their homemade boba in interesting flavors such as taro, mango, and strawberry. Their boba pearls are also very soft and chewy, probably the softest boba I've ever had! If you're interested in trying something new, I definitely recommend trying the boba at One Zo.

This is the worst boba place. I ordered the Jasmine Green Tea with Honey Boba. The girl in the front was so rude to me and I did not order anything else and I just got that and I drank it and it tasted like someone put spit in my drink.

I haven't tried any other locations but I can see why they have soo many locations. I recently came about this place and have since totally recommended it to my friends and family. Their homemade boba taste super tasty and really good. My favorite is their taro milk tea with taro boba. Yea I love taro and this drink is perfect for taro lovers. Since finding out of this place I have been here almost every other week at least once a week! But sadly I'm missing it right now and hopefully soon to come back here again. I did also try their green tea with red bean sort of like a shake style drink. It's pretty heavy but also you can adjust everything to your liking. So if you want the drink less sugar please state it so they can make it the way you want it! I usually say half the sugar in my drinks. Tip- Don't forget to get a stamp card!

I was looking for something to quench my thirst while walking this desert of a mall. After walking the wasteland, I found something that caught my eye and behold, One Zo was my sanctuary. The staff was very friendly when I talked to them. I believe I ordered the Brûlée oreo milk tea and I added boba which came out to about $6.75, which in my book, is a little pricey for a milk tea drink. As I was walking around the mall again, I took sips here and there and I can honestly say that it wasn't my cup of tea. At first it was good because I was thirsty, but after a while it just got old and super sweet. I think that maybe I should have gone with a regular milk tea. It ended up getting to the point where I couldn't drink it anymore, so I threw it away. Unfortunately, it was a waste of $6.75. Maybe I got the wrong thing, but I'm certain I wouldn't come back again.
