Just wanted to leave a compliment and say this Pizza Hut is great! The employees care about their orders and the satisfaction of their customers. I came last night around 6:30 maybe 7ish to pick up my large pepperoni pizza with the take out to my car option . I had been waiting a little so an employee tall with black hair came out and brought me my pizza and gave me a orange soda for my wait time . I really appreciated that because it showed me these Pizza Hut employees care about their customers time and orders. So to the gentleman that helped me last night . Thanks! I will definitely recommend your location and appreciate how respectful and kind you were . It made all the difference and made me want to return again . This Pizza Hut is amazing and my pizza was delicious and hot ready to eat. I appreciate the professionalism of your location and the satisfaction you give to your customers like me. Thanks Pizza Hut dude and thanks Pizza Hut! Get this man a raise because that’s manager material right there . Five stars!

I do not recommend this place. I ordered the pizza through my phone. my phone says food is ready so i start driving to the location which took about 5-10 min. i get there and they say the pizza is not ready and it should be ready in 5 min. i wait another 15 min and i get my food. So i'm like whatevers. Then i get home and the pizza is cooked but looks like a day old pizza that they just microwaved. The cheese was not stretchy... the cheese just cuts.... the pizza is not cold but not hot either. I've never had a pizza ordered like this before. this was the first time i received a warm pizza that felt like it was made the day before and they just microwaved. If the food was not ready when i go to the location to pick up the pizza what were they doing??? i know that they were not making it because the pizza felt like a day old pizza. I could have gotten a better pizza from 7-eleven.... it was not a good experience.

Terrible pizza for the price. I dont think it had any sauce, you couldnt even see the ham on the hawaiian pizza. Would never order from here again

I am from New York and their New York Pizza is the closest New York Pizza style I tasted. Excellent pizza. Seriously I thought I would never give a 5 star review on a Pizza Chain Restaurant , but this location deserves 5 stars. I do not know other locations their quality but his on Nogales Avenue is excellent in their pizza and polite in their service. Go ahead and order the Big New Yorker you wont be sorry. This is the worst Pizza Hut. I picked food ($40) and asked for a garlic sauce. PH employee asked for $0.75 but when I gave her money she said she will charge me a service fee of $1.5. That is ridiculous. she wanted to charge me a fee double the cost of the garlic sauce. They had already charged me a service fee in my original order. Shitty tactics to get more money from customers. I am no more going to this Pizza Hut

Only if there price goes little lower, pizza hut tastes like pizza. Can't go dominos anymore although so cheap. you get what you pay for

Went to pick up and order for Uber eats. I could see that the order was ready for the customer, but the lady said she had canceled the order, but clear as day, I saw the customer name and ready at the top. The food was sitting in the warmer.So I get another Uber Eats order the next night and again the order was canceled by them they say but I see the food in the warmer now I'm starting to think that they are having friends order late so they can cancel it and get free food. It makes no sense for this to happen two days in a row. I lost out on over $45 the last two days because of this

Over price and poor customer service. Pizza Huts add on ADDITIONAL service fees ($2.99) to ALL orders whether you pick up your order or get delivery. WE as customers needs to offset this chain of pizzerias the cost of doing business in CALIFORNIA. When I inquired about it the rep just stared at me and said, can you read and pointed at the sticker near the registered.

The lost quality in their pizza, I ordered a Supreme pizza and it barely had any toppings. There was one pepperoni per slice if lucky 2, but mostly 1 per slice. felt like i was eating mostly cheese and bread. pizza was $13.00 on a coupon and the fees and taxes came out to $13.00. total was $26.00. Fees are just ridiculous for a pizza with barely any toppings. Local pizza places packs on the topping. I will never order from pizza hut again. Support your local small business and get a better pizza for a better price.
