Place closes at 10pm came here at 8:50pm said the kitchen is closed and can't seat us... They should change the hours to 9pm close not 10pm. This is horrible service. Disappointed... I guess employees will just sit around for an hour till it's time to clock out. Crazy thing is they don't even have to cook the food just need to slice a few meat.

Wish I could give 0 stars, refused service even though they closed apparently at 10 and got there at 9pm. Horrible, never come here I guess they don't like making money. The crazier thing is their employee says "kitchen is closed" they don't even need to cook the food.. so disappointing and lazy workers.

FOOD IS DELICIOUS... Service great BUT is short. If you come please come with patience as they are trying their best to serve everyone.

I love this hot pot restaurant. From the few times I've come here, the staff have always been very nice attentive, and understanding. I got the miso dashi soup with rib eye meat. I loved everything that I ate, and I ate everything as well. The veggies and sides were fresh and the broth was perfectly seasoned. My favorite was the rib eye meat. Wow! That meat was everything. I dreamt about it last night. You can request for hot drops if you want your broth to be spicier. Just be careful, these drops are very hot, a little goes a long way. If you're still hungry, you can request for another round of veggies. First refill is free! This is a great place to hang out with a small group of friends or family.

I really liked this place! I tried their fire carb and toro - yummy in my tummy! Fire carb is one of my favorite so I always try to get it if it's ever on the menu. Their toro was a good portion and I was happy with their veggie platter. Our server was very attentive and super sweet! It wasn't too busy on a Sunday afternoon.

It was a rainy wet night and hot shabu soup came calling. Decided to give this place a try because they always seem to have a line of wait when we go To our usual next door ramen place from them. It has a really cozy vibe inside for me but I felt like our server just rushed us, "you have 10min to order all should you do AYCE", still enjoying our soup and was asked to pay already even though we still had 30min til closing. Instead of enjoying our yummy shabu soup during the rain, it felt rushed to be hurried out of there. I get that the staff wants to go home in this rain already.Overall I would come back because the veggies were so fresh and what I craved for tonight met my glutton request for that shabu soup during the rain. We picked the miso, tomato and mushroom soup base. Tomato was best. Great meat portion for choosing the not AYCE and it came with a lot of great veggies except enoki my favorite. Next visit must try AYCE and that spicy crab soup base. Great selections of appetizers but like everything else the pricing definitely did not seem apps but rather full menu.

Though a bit pricey, their food quality is quite good and consistent.

Came here on a night where it wasn't too busy. The interior and vibes of this place is really nice-- it seems like a nice drinking spot with friends. The service is pretty decent, we got seated really fast and they checked up on us. Pricing wise, it's pretty decent, not your cheapest but not the most expensive either.I got the tonkotsu soup with wagyu toro, while one of my friends got the szechuan soup with wagyu toro. The meat quality is alright, it wasn't too eye opening but it wasn't bad. The tonkotsu soup was also alright, it was a bit on the saltier end though-- I've definitely had better. For some reason though, the soup was a bit inconsistent? My friends tonkotsu soup was a lot saltier compared to mine. Oh yeah, they also have hot drops and their veggie bowls are pretty standard. They have udon and noodles in them. We also had the fried fish tofu, which was decent-- I mean it's kinda hard to go wrong with fried fish tofu. It was pretty pricy though ($10 for only 5 pieces), probably wouldn't get it again. Overall, it was just decent-- it's not somewhere where I'd be like "yeah I definitely want to come again!" But it's not a place where I'd be like "oh I'm never coming again" you know? But yeah, I've read somewhere here that there's an AYCE option on certain days-- maybe I'll check it out on those days if they still have it.

I went with some friends. We all agreed the food quality was high but the value was not good. We all felt a little dissapointed after our meal and the main gripe was the amount we paid for the amount of food we received. We went on a weekend and found that there was no all you can eat that day so that was part of the dissapointment. I did really like the selection of vegetables though. I will likely try again when they offer all you can eat.

Walked by this place a couple of times and finally made the commitment to stop by and eat. Overall, the food was solid for Shabu and I definitely appreciate the individual pots (as there are different taste buds from my group). The menu option was a lot and there was a lot of rules around it, which was confusing at times... luckily we had one person who just made the call for the rest of us. They had pre-set bowls of sides that can be thrown into the pot and that did make life easier. The service was good and the place was pretty packed during early dinner and onward. The Apps deserves a shoutout as it really was a plus!If you are feeling for something soupy and meaty, this place does do the job. There is a large parking lot but it can get pretty busy, finding parking is not an issue but might require some walking. The bright side is that you'll probably benefit from a walk afterward and there is also a Diaso nearby!
