Not opened at the posted hour of 8 am. Arrived to find the restaurant closed. They need to update there hours of operation.

I ordered online for 2 footlong sandwiches. The app said the sandwiches were ready. However, when I was there to pick up, they haven't even started to make the sandwiches yet. The sandwiches were 10 minutes late. Time is valuable to me. The manager should tell the staff to follow the time promised to prepare the sandwiches.

Hot as Hell!!! Management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing their employees to work in these conditions! My colleagues and I went there for lunch and the thermostat read 98' it was over 100' outside. This is not acceptable and the workers should file a complaint with the Health Department and OSHA.

What a scam. They automatically add 20% tip to your card payment. So if you don't unchecked it you paid it. Never again. Subway just lost a customer over 3 bucks.Ps I had actually left a cash tip

This must be the worst subway in the country.. maybe even the world. The worst customer service I've ever encountered. It's to the point where every quarter, when I think about giving them a chance, I walk in, see the manager, and IMMEDIATELY know I'll receive horrible service. On one occasion, online it said that this location was a participating store in free subs for the first however many customers. After receiving the deal, we told our friends to come down and they were all told they they had already served the 50 or so customer limit. A lie because we were eating there and no more than 5 people had come in after us (we were there at opening). Today, we had a simple coupon. We read the exclusions so ordered something that wasn't excluded. The manager said that the coupon didn't apply to any of the menu items.. (rudely). We read her the fine print and she said, rudely again, well that's not what was told to me so no. We proceeded to sit down and order exactly what we wanted online with no issue. I don't know what her problem is, why she is always rude. I am quite frankly done giving them chances which is a shame because we live so close. I'd rather drive to the next location because I'm tired of being disrespected as a customer. 0 ZERO STARS. Be a better employee or find another job where don't have to work with people. Please.

Horrible customer service! Asked them why my online order with a boho wasn't working, offered no help at all. This was the manger. Avoid this place!

I've given so many chances to this franchise. It's a local subway and time after time I've received subpar food. I try to support local businesses. I follow all the rules of the app. I personally pick up our order right when the app reveals its ready. I tip on the app to support our local sandwich artisans This "LAST" order I requested the sandwiches be cut in three No onions. And toasted I tip because I do understand cutting into three might be extra work for the employees. But No. don't think they even look at the app. The bread and cold cuts tasted old and not fresh. These sandwiches looked like they rolled and smashed everything into a tight pile of mush. They did not cut the sandwich That's my last disappointment. Save your money go down the street My fault for continuing to support this business don't make my mistake.

I actually up until now have been pretty regular at this subway and they've never been horrible. Service has gotten slower and slower but that's not a big deal. I was highly disappointed with the interaction I had today. My child was unable to enter the store with our super friendly dog so I asked him to keep the door open and hang out next to it (while moving out of the way as needed) for safety reasons since I don't feel comfortable just leaving my child alone. I've done this before at many different stores/locations and workers are always super understanding of the difficulties of being a parent. Anyways some new-ish guy was super rude all I need you to shut the door. I tried to explain that my son wasn't in the way and it was for safety reasons but the dude was rude and couldn't care less. Well I'm not going to argue with a 17 year old so I just said okay and I walked out in the middle but honestly some of the most inconsiderate customer service ever received.
