I ordered three stir-fried dishes, all of which were very salty and salty. I couldn’t find the manager to return the dish, so I was quite disappointed with the tea restaurant! !

The breakfast noodles are average, the meal buns are delicious, the pineapple oil is not tasty, and the porridge is okay.

I visited Tam’s Noodle House on a busy Saturday evening. The restaurant was packed, and we had to wait for half an hour before being seated. The place is larger than its San Gabriel counterpart, but unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to our expectations. We ordered two dishes: the Curry Beef Brisket and the Gailan Veggie with Dried Fish. Let me break down our experience:Curry Beef Brisket:The beef was disappointingly tough and scarce. Instead of tender slices of beef, the dish was overloaded with potatoes and taro. When we asked the waiter for more beef, he accused us of already eating it. This treatment shocked us, especially since we’ve never encountered such behavior at their San Gabriel branch.Gailan Veggie with Dried Fish:On a positive note, the gailan (Chinese broccoli) with dried fish was flavorful and well-prepared. It was the highlight of our meal.Overall, Tam’s Noodle House in Rowland Heights fell short of our expectations. The lackluster curry beef brisket and the unpleasant encounter with the waiter left us disappointed. We won’t be returning; there are friendlier Cha Caan Tien restaurants in our area.

Pretty authentic HK style food. Portions are pretty big, and the prices are reasonable. The salted egg yolk pumpkin dish was good with lots of yolks. The clay pot rice was burnt and too salty. Plenty of parking spaces. When it was at full capacity, the noise level was very high. Unfortunately when I was there for the first time, there was a family with screaming kid seated close to our table so it was not a very good experience for me. My second visit was not as full but the TV music was very loud.

Excellent team of employees. They are better than some of the fancier looking competitors.

We went here for breakfast. The portions were generous, and the food was tasty. I had the hot milk tea, and it was really good. They also have free refills for drinks as well, which is not standard practice in most places. Will definitely return.

Top notch HK cafe style food! Seated immediately and service is fast. Tons of parking. Food is very affordable and good value here without sacrificing taste or quality. Pretty much everything I ate here was delicious except for their squid dishes. It's about a 30 minute drive from where I live and it's well worth it! Soy Sauce Chow Mein with Bean Sprouts: 10/10 Hands down the best version of this dish I've had at any dim sum or HK cafe. Honey Walnut Shrimp: 9.5/10 One of the better versions of this dish! I recently had this at a few other restaurants, but this was head and shoulders above. French Style Filet Mignon Cubes: 9/10 Tender cube beef. Pretty standard, but in a good way! String Beans & Eggplant with XO Sauce: 9/10 Perfectly cooked vegetables and the sauce was great. Wonton Noodle Soup: 7/10 Solid dish. Nothing crazy. Salt & Pepper Tofu with XO Sauce: 6/10 Perfectly deep fried tofu, but not very flavorful as I had hoped. Still enjoyed it. Salt & Pepper Calamari: 3/10 Tasted slightly burnt and the squid was rubbery. Black Bean Sauce Squid: 3/10 Squid again was overcooked and rubbery. The sauce was quite good and I wish they had clams on the menu.

The food here is very authentic Cantonese Hong Kong food. If that's what you are looking for, I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is great if you like loudish crowds. The service is okay lol but the food definitely makes up for it. I will definitely do business with them when I'm in LA.

The food was delicious and the waitress was courteous to us. We will return soon. We had a tasty wonton soup and dipped the fried crispy bread into it. We could not finish the noodle Bolognese. It was awesome ! We have enough for tomorrow's lunch, Thanks Tam Noodle Restaurant!!!

Average food. 3 stars. I can't say that food is great, but the food is not terrible. For me , I won't return. Got food poisoned , I have stomach ache and diarrhea, sitting at toilet now mid night... updated to 0 star (Yelp can only go 1 star as lowest...)
