Been going here since I was a teen, and I go here as much as I can. food is great (and I’m not biased, my friends say so too). The guy running the place can come off as cold but he’s gotten better. And he reminds me of my dad. If you’re in the area and you haven’t given this place a shot yet, please do.

I definitely recommend their popcorn chicken and the chili wontons. Food came out fresh because it was HOT! Came here with my boyfriend and he loved the food. Popcorn chicken (mild) was perfect on the seasoning and the chili wontons had a good kick of spiciness and some slight sweetness (I feel like they added a bit of soy sauce?... but it was good!!!). We also ordered the signature beef noodles Guba Umami, which was very flavorful. I loved the meat and noodles--the soup had slightly more flavor than what I prefer for my tastebuds, but my boyfriend really enjoyed the dish. The only thing I would recommend is bring cash because they charge 4% for card. Service at the time was alright. At the very least, they greeted us and automatically gave us extra small bowls to share. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Got their signature noodle soup and it was amazing!! Almost drank the whole soup in one go! Also got popcorn chicken and its definitely one of the better popcorn chicken spot in this area. Spicy wonton.... not sure what to say! They use a soy sauce base that is used on a dimsum rice sheet noodles with shrimp and mixed it with spicy chili oil! I love the combination of these two together with a good wonton.

My goto spot for the bone marrow soup and dry noodle dishes. I try to come once or twice a week and order a few soups so I can enjoy every morning. They make all of their dishes fresh along with their drinks. The orange juice is freshly squeezed. Customer service here is really attentive and efficient. Restaurant is little hidden right next to ups on the corner, very clean and well kept. Side note- the bone marrow broth is just broth, which is why i love it. Revives me in the morning and gives me enough energy to start my day off right.

Why is it only sauce when you order the bowl. I'm literally eating rice and sauce. Where is the braised pork belly? They're stingy with the portion.

The price goes beyond the quality. I won't recommend this restaurant. The environment is clean, though.

Things are a bit salty (based on Taiwanese taste standards)The service attitude is extremely poor, and we are extremely impatient when ordering food (there are no other customers waiting for us to order food)The atmosphere was also bad. It was 94 degrees Fahrenheit during the day. Even though it was evening, it was still very hot. The host refused to turn on the air conditioner and left the door open (there were a lot of mosquitoes in the store, making me scratch while eating).Kid-friendliness: very unfriendly

Their food is not bad, but the attitude and the customer service skills of the owner i assumed is just extremely bad. Making you feel like you are not welcome here.

They don't give you huge portions but the quality is really good. It feels more like home cooking, no excessive use of chemicals to color or soften meat. Their deep fried stuff are all delicious, and we always get the mixes braised luwei combo. Plus they're so nice to my child when we dine in!

The food here is so delicious! The boba was chewy and the tea flavors are so so yummy (recommend the winter melon tea and the osmanthus oolong milk tea). Their chili wontons are also amazing and the fry on their popcorn chicken and sweet potato fries is perfect

Incredible food and service! We ordered the chili wontons, braised pork belly, popcorn chicken, and pork cheek noodles. All the food was delicious and more than enough to food a hungry group of four. Can't wait to come back again for more!

Visited for a quick lunch and everything was great. The owner was super friendly, quick and attentive. We got stinky tofu & braised pork rice which were both tasty. I like the fact that they pride on not using MSG. We also got tea and watermelon juice which both were perfect without any sugar adjustments which is great compared to most boba places nowadays. I'll definitely be back to support this family business. :)

AMAZING place!lused to work at a Taiwanese restaurant and this place is like BEYOND amazing. Their food is INCREDIBLE! The flavoring is divine, textures are immaculate, and you can tell the chef has curated and crafted his recipes to perfection.Spice levels can be adjusted so it's great for all ages and spice tolerances. His boba is also literally better than sunright tea studios. The tapioca texture is immaculate and drinks are really high quality. The popcorn chicken, beef noodle soup, and golden kimchi are my absolute favorites! The food here surpasses any other popcorn chicken i've had in my entire life! (and i grew up in the San Gabriel Valley eating Taiwanese food weekly).Amazing amazing joint with great calm and welcoming vibes!New! More ways to react to reviews.
