Renovation starts on February 13, 2022, and expects to complete within 3 months. Breakfast and Hong Kong-western style food are expected to return to the menu after the renovation. The quality of food here fluctuates, but service is always friendly. This is a go-to for my family.

The wonton noodle soup is soooo legit. Everything is exactly how it's supposed to be! Reminiscent of the flavors you find on the streets of Hong Kong. Be sure to add in some red vinegar for some extra flavor!

We are out-of-state visitors. We came here two years ago and the food was great, 4.5 stars. This time, we arrive at around 7 p.m. and the parking lot was almost empty. I hesitated to enter but friends were hungry. Food quality was ok at best. We were the one and only table. My wife told me the sea cucumbers tasted fishy. The salt baked chicken, one of their crown jewels, was very salty and overcooked. One of our dishes missed a main ingredient. The waitress did a very thorough examination in front of us. She acknowledged our claim and went to the kitchen. She brought back the ingredient and add it back to our dish. We ordered 4 bowls of rice and was charged for $8 dollars for that.

My mom, sister and I came here around 12:30 pm to have lunch after shopping at a nearby Costco. To me, all Chinese food are almost the same. I don't really see the difference, this cafe is Hong Kong style Chinese food. Is in a nice plaza, plenty of parking, there's patio seating, the restaurant looks nice. But the food wasn't good at all. We ordered seafood udon noodles, green beans, garlic clams and fatty beef with green onions. And it came with a bowl of rice. Every thing is salty and oily. For the sea food udon, there's3 small pieces of white fish, 2 pieces of octopus and a couple shrimp, that's it. No other seafood, no clams or crab, not even imitation crab. The garlic clams was garlicky, too much garlic, it wasn't spread evenly, there was a big clump of garlic and it was salty. The fatty beef oily too but is fatty beef lol, the green beans was good and all you can drink coffee and milk tea. Is expensive too. Is in a nice plaza, plenty of parking. The restaurant has nice seating, modern/rustic looking. I wouldn't come to eat here, if I was buying but if someone takes me here and pay, then I'll give it another review. Lol

Service in general was slow.Food is what you would expect from your other Chinese diners but the price is overpriced for how small their portion was.If not for the one older waiter holding down the fort, I feel the service would be even worseEDIT: 11/11/2021 - The food was better than my first experience with the location. The pricing though I still too high in my opinion for what you are getting. Can't really comment on the customer service, as COVID really reduced the amount of patrons all restaurants are receiving. Overall I increased my rating from 2* to 3* cause the experience was better than the first time.

I ordered to-go from here. The food was good. We ordered the egg & shrimp, duck, soy sauce chicken, pork chops, and chicken wings. Chinese food has certainly gotten more expensive after the pandemic shut down. I will come back and try their breakfast menu to compare it to the local HK style restaurant in the area. The restaurant looks much nicer than your Asian food joint. This spot has changed from my favorite dim sum place to EMC (which I loved) and now a HK Cafe. I hope it stays open long enough for me to try their breakfast menu!

This place is like Sam Woo, but far better in terms of price and quality. Service is pretty decent, too. From beef brisket dried noodles to lobster braised noodles, you can't find the same quality for the similar prices. Ever since we tried it a couple of months ago we kept coming back whether it's dine in or take out. Seating is comfortable and social distanced. Food all tasted great. Let's support this hidden gem instead of bashing for the wrong reasons, people. No, they don't serve porridge or baked dishes like Delicious Food Corner down a few blocks, but way less waiting, and great wok style dishes for a bargain price. You can't go wrong.

I would like to give them a 3.5 star is there is available. Their cha-shiu and soy sauce chicken is really good and best in rowland heights and walnut area. Overall, their food is decent, average quality. Service is decent! Its my to-go place if i want to add some extra dishes to my dinner!

Y'all need to calm TF down when rating a 626 HK cafe. Can't be comparing to the EMC Seafood that was here before. Management has changed. So the food, chef, and everything here has changed. So here's my take: This HK cafe is resorting to its traditional Hong Kong-style casual cuisine fare. For those familiar, this is operating as a limited HK cafe with a small menu for lunch and dinner. For those unfamiliar, the food served here is noodles and wok-fired dishes. NO HK CAFE STYLE FOOD HERE (baked rice, curry, etc.) Staff here have their own charisma, so easily offended Asian Karens or John don't need to come. What I order: - Shrimp Wonton Soup (2 out of 5-the size of the wontons can be bigger for the price of $8.95--inflation 2021!) - Black Bean Fish Fillet (3.9 out of 5-tastes good, the wok energy is fantastic here--for some ladies, I ask for your entrees to be "less less oil" and "less less salt & corn starch) - Complementary Lemon Ice Tea (4.4 out of 5-actual Ceylon and lemon) and free refills 4/5 recommend--BRING YOUR TIGER MOM/BAE IF YOU GOT ONE.
