I had a bad experience with them on Saturday March 9, 2024 at around 9:30 am. I was the only person in line and the staff completely ignored me. After about 2 minutes, two other people walked in and for some reason the staff decided to help them while continuing to ignore me. After they helped the last customer I asked one of the employees why she ignored me and allowed the other two customers to cut in front of me, and she said she didn't know I was there, even though I was standing DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE REGISTER. She asked me what I would like to order but I stormed out of the restaurant and decided to look for coffee somewhere else. I've only been to this area twice in my whole life, the first was last night when I decided to grab a Large Chilla and a donut. At that time there was no problems and I had nothing to complain about. I don't know what I did to deserve this kind of treatment but I am hurt and angry after this experience. I will never go to this donut shop again.

Don’t come here for anything else besides donuts. Their eggs are microwaved and rubbery. Employees speak no

The woman who took our order was very uninterested in us being there she had an attitude that both my wife and I recognized, the food was not great at all, the bagel wasn’t even toasted. This is the second time we’ve been there and just like the first we both felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. People that frequent this place may have a different opinion and are possibly Spanish speaking. My wife and I witnessed the same woman who took our order be more kind and open to the customer before us who was an older Spanish speaking woman. This location will not have to worry about us because we will not be returning

I went today and the truth is, a very bad experience. I would never return, much less recommend a terrible attitude on the part of the staff.

I am a customer, I love donuts and everything else. The only bad thing is the terrible service, one of the saleswomen, super arrogant, came very often and always the same attitude, you ask her something and she doesn't answer, I don't understand, what is she doing there if she doesn't use her skills well? work, the most important thing is customer service but she does not have even the slightest courtesy. Just seeing the expressions on their face makes you not want to be there anymore, no matter how good the Donuts are, but with staff like that no one wanted to go.

I bought crabs at Chino hills costco. One crab has dark mold.I brought back the left crabs.Mrs Felicia employee seems to be not refund it .I was so up set and panic and disappointed. How dare Costco sell this kind food and trained employees.Usually Costco is my favorite super market.

On the morning of December 26, my child had a happy Christmas and wanted to eat a donut. This store is right opposite my house. Even though it is only a five-minute walk away, I often buy from it, and the service is usually not very good. Okay, I didn't mind, but today is definitely a day that makes me very angry. A waitress may have seen that we are Asian faces and served us expressionlessly. I think it's understandable because everyone was so happy on Christmas yesterday. Yes, I may not be comfortable going to work today! But when I was checking out, a female customer came in to add coffee, and immediately took the cup with a smile on her face to get the coffee. I was not finished yet, and the donuts were not brought to me. I felt unfair treatment. I glanced at her and her smile stopped instantly! Is this a sign of discrimination? I hope everyone can answer my question after reading my message!

Poor, I just spent a small fortune ordering Donuts online for specialty donuts. 1/2 dozen, specifically said cinnamon rolls, bear claws and apple fritters and I got 6 danishes. Complete let down and won't be doing that again.

I have anxiety as it is, I went inside trying to order a vanilla filled / custard donut and it just seemed like the lady working the cashier was rushing. I didn't know what the donuts were bc I didn't see a label so we had a hard time trying to ask if it was either lemon or jelly. She then got confused and tried giving us two donuts but I had ordered 3 and I got confused. She met me with a tired attitude and it didn't help that I was getting sweaty and nervous due to the interaction because of my anxiety.
