On my visit today, March 12, 2024, at 12:27 PM, I observed a recurring pattern involving a particular staff member, a woman of short stature, consistently assisting me. She typically wears a hat and a mask, covering only her lips.Despite my repeated visits, I have refrained from providing my phone number during checkout, as I prefer not to have my purchases or financial information linked to it. However, this employee habitually enters a phone number when customers decline to provide theirs, and then withholds receipts. Today, upon my refusal to provide my phone number, she proceeded to input a number herself, resulting in 9927 points appearing on the display on my side. When I requested a receipt, she initially hesitated before providing one. Nevertheless, her actions raise concerns about the unauthorized linking of my purchases and financial details to an unknown phone number.I confronted the employee regarding her unethical conduct, to which she initially feigned ignorance before admitting uncertainty. Notably, the member ID appeared visibly on the receipt, further indicating the intentional fraud with customer information.Deeply dismayed by this breach of trust, I promptly lodged a complaint with 711 corporate headquarters regarding this fraudulent behavior. It is evident that this store is failing to uphold financial compliance standards to safeguard customers’ personal and financial information. Consequently, I intend to escalate this matter by filing complaints with relevant regulatory authorities.I am utterly appalled by the blatant disregard for privacy and integrity exhibited by this employee, who repeatedly engages in such deceitful practices. Rest assured, I am fully committed to pursuing this issue until it is rectified. I'm disgusted by this location, the homeless outside makes it an uncomfortable place to walk, park your car or bike, and want to shop. I'm completely against the type on people that loiter outside. From the homeless to the getto cat calling. It doesn't matter the time of day, it is always bad. Once you walk inside it is dirty and disorganized. The employees don't seem to care which makes this an even more unbearable experience. I will never go back here even in desperation.

David is the best person ever, he gave me and my friends a pizza, the atmosphere in the store was great, place is clean. Service is great! if you want a new favorite convenience store, go here :)

It does well in a pinch. They bake fresh pastries daily and there's regular sales on Red Bull energy drinks. The 7-Eleven brand frozen burritos are similar in size to the El Monterey burritos at Safeway, but they do charge more for the convenience. The cashier offered to microwave it for me.

This is a convenience store for sure...but one that you have to run the gauntlet of individuals loitering outside (to say the least) in order to enter/exit. Additionally, the service is a crap shoot...one day fine, and the next poor. Add to that the fact that I cannot call to ask (say, if they carry ice for example) a mere question...because they don't answer the phone at the store, EVER! Imagine a customer centric business that has a listed business number...but will not answer the line...expecting patrons to walk blocks to ask a question. Seems asinine, because it is. I want to like this place for the convenience aspect, but the negatives seemingly outweigh that.

Earlier this afternoon, my girlfriend and I were seemingly racially profiled and accused of stealing by one of the 7-Eleven employees (an Indian woman, presumably) when putting up the snacks my girlfriend purchased into our bag.This infuriated her as well as me. Just assign this as a precaution to be aware of something like this occuring in the future aside from myself.

Staff is surprisingly friendly,and goes out of their way to help. The store is pretty clean,only issue is outside there are panhandle at times. No fault of the owners or mngmnt for they get them to leave when seen. 5stars if no panhandle and I don't give many 5 stars to stores..

Worst 7-Eleven location ever! Once, there was a homeless person fighting with the cashier and was about to cause some violence behaviors. She went like, "I only pay a large cup for $2. How dare you made me pay more. " Also, there had been a lot of homeless crack heads hanging around outside. When I tried to go back, another homeless person outside was yelling violencely and making threats. That was the sign that it's not safe to come back ever again.
Kinda seedy location, even early in the AM when all the crackheads should be sleeping. Easy walk from the train if you have a layover. Water and snacks are much more affordable here than on that train.

Review number 502I will say 7-Eleven has always been great for convenience and being available 24 hours. The downfall especially in urban areas is the filth and that sketchy uncertainty of the clientele it attracts. I really don't like this location I usually hold my breath when I get close to proximity because of the human fluid situation and trash that is left you can't even get to the entrance the smell will knock you out the hold your breath. Also there's a lot of sketchy characters such as pan handlers and people who are either off medication or taking illegal medication right at the front door. Also be careful of the cashiers they somethings try to get over get over so know how to count and watch your receipt
