We had tapas at Aioli and we loved the Gambas Ajillo and the Portobello De La Moda the most. My spouse had the duck which is the Pechuga De Pato and he liked it very much as it was served with fennel. Had a glass of the G Monte wine and some bread and desert. Lovely dinner and lovely restaurant with well tuned staff. Will go again!Parking: We parked about one block away - on the street.

It's some of the best octopus I've had since I was in Japan 35 years ago. Great flavor profile on all the dishes we tried.

My friends threw me a party here and I was so happy! The food was exceptional and the service on point. The ambiance is warm and inviting. The wine list is extensive and they also make a terrific sangria! My kids were at the dinner as well, 1 teen and twin tweens and they loved the food too. We had an appetizer of shrimp and octopus/potato followed by a gorgeous endive salad. The paella pictured in the photo was divine. The lamb chops so yummy! And topped off with a trio of desserts. Come here and eat you will be happy!

The food was completely and consistently excellent. The soup was wonderful, the shrimp dish perfect, the salmon dish exceptional, and finally the chocolate mousse was the best I ever had. We loved the waiter. We also spent some time talking to the owner, who was very interesting and cordial. We would love to talk to him more and will on our next visit. G and R

If you want to sit around a table and enjoy good food and company, this is the place! This time we had tapas, mostly seafood. Three tapas - plus the fabada soup special - were plenty for two people. We had wine by the glass so we could start with a cava and switch later in the meal. Bottle prices are good, too - but that's more than the two of us could drink. Service is attentive, friendly and fast - and food was up quickly, too.

We had a shrimp appetizer (excellent), Spanish bruschetta (reasonably good), and Valenciana Paella. The Paella was unfortunately short of expectations - still good, very good flavor profile but the cook was off as the soccarat (the crispy rice at the bottom) was a bit overdone and fused to the pan but slightly under the rest of the way through. Some bone fragments in the chicken (it's a mixed paella with seafood and chicken). Mussels were slightly underdone. I give it a 3/5. Overall a good cook on the Paella would make it a very good value as the pricing is good for this type of a meal. Two people could be well satisfied with an appetizer, a glass of sangria each and a shared Paella for about $100. These days (2024) that's a good deal.

The owner is a bit drunk on his own perceived success. I asked about table availability by a window next to the one I was being sat at in a dusty corner and he said “no.” Of course the table was available the remainder of the day. Wait staff was great. Owner a rude.

We've been going here for many years and Aioli remains one of our favorite date night places. Great food, wine and ambiance. It's old school, attentive, knowledgeable and fun to interact with servers with style.

The food was delicious, and our service staff attended to us with utmost care and attention. We were also very impressed with the lovely decor and artwork throughout the restaurant. We will definitely return for more!

I love the food of the resturant....I can near understand why the host station is in the middle of the restuarant which forces waiting patrons to hang out among the tables. Despite a 6:30 reservation...I didnt get seated until 7pm...so I waiting outside so as not to disturb dinners...that was not true for other waiting patrons. But remember...it was a great meal.
