I got food poisoning due to completely raw chicken that was served to me. As I struggled with nausea and fear, the manager's lack of concern and apathy towards my distress was utterly appalling. Her indifference to my suffering only added insult to injury. Adding to the frustration, the absence of any paperwork for incident reporting left me feeling utterly disregarded. To top it off, my party and I were left stranded at our table, waiting for her assistance that never seemed to arrive 20+ minutes that just intensifying the discomfort of the situation.This experience has not only shattered my trust in Applebee's but has also raised serious doubts about their commitment to customer well-being and basic hygiene standard...

Terrible experience. The customer service was awful. The food didn’t even come out hot or on time. They were out of everything basically. Our waitress kept passing us not checking up on if we need anything and just kept talking with the bartender. We didn’t even get our appetizer until we asked after our food came out. The sodas were flat. The only thing that was “good” was a clean table. That’s it. Definitely not coming back to this location

This Applebee's surprised me last night with that 2 for $25 deal. I wanted better food so paid an extra $3.50 for an 8oz sirloin vs 6oz and i wanted the riblets platter so add $3.50 for that and .25 cents for extra sauce and a free appetizer boneless buffalo wings buffalo style, the damage $34.25 after tax, the riblets were off the chain and the highlight of the meal. Most of the sides I gave to my girlfriend because she was out when i got the food and it was all for me, the steak was cut butterfly style to make it either cook faster or appear bigger it still looked like 6oz and not 8 which although deceptive in not taking off a star because it was a medium well like ordered and tasted good it just wasn't big. The 4 star for service was because it said the food would be ready at 11:17 and i still had to wait about 20 minutes when i arrived. Either way with the inflation in today's economy i got a ton of food which tasted good, this meal came with (4) sides, i got garlic mashed potatoes, garlic green beans, and (2) sides of fries also and for $35, I spent $62 last weekend at jacks urban eats and got less than half as mich food. They gave me like 7 riblets which like i said they were the meal star. Good job Applebee's il be back.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. No staff was working. My party of 7 waited 15 minutes with many other potential patrons to be seated and no one ever greeted us. Someone asked if there was any staff and the one person said yes, they and full staff working that day. We wound up leaving and going elsewhere, where we were greeted and seated then eventually served. This was at lunchtime on a weekend.I won't be going back to this location.

My family and I entered in, the restaurant was fairly empty and slow, and we were seated just fine, however after getting our menus from the hostess, we waited about 20 minutes and no one took our order. Staff/our waitress looked at us but no one came. My dad got up and had to ask for a server and we were told that the staff are new and we'll be addressed shortly. Our hostess was nice, however ignored our table and only addressed the surrounding tables. The hostess came around a couple minutes after my dad asked, and she asked what we wanted to drink, we told her just water, and she didn't come back until almost 5 minutes later. We never actually saw our waitress and instead was being talked to by the hostess the whole time. We didn't get any food and just left because the manger was too busy talking and goofing off with the rest of the staff and we didn't want to wait any longer. He didnt have anyone actually training the staff and the staff didnt seem to actually want to deal with tables. The restaurant was empty for a reason ?

This place sucks. They don't clean the soda taps, so you'll get mold in your drink. Food was less than ok.. mozzarella sticks were undercooked, and the vegetables included in our dishes were old and wilted. Service is bad. You're lucky if they seat you.. disruptive guests won't be dealt with.. place is outdated and dirty. Go somewhere else.
Bar tender Alyssa was super friendly. Fast service to we got our food within fifteen minutes. Appetizer came out immediately. Drinks were really good.

Yesterday we went to the Arden way location only because my grandson who is autistic kept asking to go. I wasn't thrilled, last time we went was 6 months ago & service was terrible. I said ok we would try again. When we got there, the hostess was not able to answer the question of how long was the wait. There was one lady before us, the restaurant was half empty. A server walked up and said I just clocked in, then she was able to tell the woman I'll seat you in just a couple of minutes. She took the woman and her guest to a table, came back, still looking like she didn't know what to do & unsure. I asked about how long she finally said about 5 minutes. I said okay, I only ask again because my grandson was getting anxious. She sat us in a different area where there were 2 tables with 2 people each. A waitress brought food to one of the tables next to us. They had to ask for silverware, she returned with silverware, never acknowledging us. A couple minutes later a Manager came and asked if we needed help. We said Yes, so she took our order, we always ask for a bowl of fruit for my grandson can keep busy. About 10 minutes later she brought the strawberries out and left. No silverware. My grandson started eating his strawberries with his hands because he was not waiting. About 1/2 later, when the waitress that was helping the other table came back, I asked about our Is appetizer. She said let me check. She left about 5 mins later she brings the appetizer & 2 mins after that our main dishes out. So here we sit with with appetizers & main dishes to eat at the same time. A new waitress came up and apologized that she didn't know she was covering our table. I had to ask for silverware. I had to go looking for more napkins. And the manager came up and asked can I help you? I said I looking for more napkins, I told her that we just got our appetizers and are main dishes at the same time. All she could say was well, I brought your son his strawberries. I tried to explain to her that was not the problem, it was the appetizers & main dish at the same time, Hello.I was done.I went back to the table. We ate the appetizers. I told the waitress I wanted boxes & the bill. She brought the boxes, we boxed up our food but no bill. Again waiting! My daughter took my grandson out to car. I waited another 5 to 7 minutes to get our bill. I paid cash and left. Our bill is $ 40.99, I gave her $50.00 and said rest of its yours & left. I do not plan on going back.I truly believe the hostess, servers and service that we the customers receive from a restaurant start at / with the management. Maybe they need to replace this manager or train her better so she can train the employees better. Customers pay their wages might get better service.I've given Applebee's on Arden way, chance after chance for the last 3 years. No more chances, no more excuses for them!

Had the mushroom swiss burger , fries and a patron margarita. They were all very good. Hostess was great. Service was slow even though it waant busy but all in everything was good.

Terrible service. Seemed to have only one server. This was during happy hour and National Margarita day (went there specifically for their drink special-which they were out of). Drinks and food took 30 + minutes. Out of stock on 3 food items we wanted. Sever seemed rushed, no explanation or apology for being understaffed, could hardly finish our order before he was walking away. No checking in, had to flag him down for requests. Also noticed several groups of people waiting a long to be seated and left. Avoid going here unless you have time to spend.

They have very poor communication skills yelling at everyone for their orders! Not direct! They messed up on the orders and blamed us made us pay for it and then they tried to make us look bad! After we tipped them! Poor service! Horrible customer service! Bad food! Long wait times!
