Maddy behind the counter was very welcoming and demonstrated the upmost of professionalism I witnessed the manager exiting the store to chase a customer down and give them a receipt. Very welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be awaiting my next return! Cheeseburgers are the best here!

Kfc quality of food has been getting worst and worst. Today we got a chicken little the workers don't even coat the chicken anymore they just throw a glob of sauce on top very lazily.

This location is merged with KFC, you can place an order and pick up your food with KFC but have to go through a app like Door dash or Uber eats for A&W. For the exact same location whether it’s delivery or pickup someone make this make sense. My business is next door so I have no reason to door dash something I can walk next door to pick up. It is unfortunate that a business would take advantage of their customers by forcing them to pay unnecessary service fees.

I most likely will not be giving this business any more of my time or money! What business in 2021 doesn't know how to scan coupons? No one is accepting or printing out coupons in this day and age. What a complete joke and the management is a joke! Take your business elsewhere!

We tried this KFC, as the last one on Laguna Blvd. and I five was terrible. Come to find out it was no different. The food was cold, the help could've cared less, and in our mashed potatoes and gravy was mixed with corn and other objects. Made it up throwing away the mashed potatoes because they did not look safe to eat. The young kids working, could've cared less. As we pulled to the window we paid via Apple Pay, we were handed a bag and nothing further was said. In fact, nothing was ever said to us, no hello or thank you. We had requested sauces, we didn't get any of those either. We have completed the my experience on the receipts at both locations and never got a phone call back or acknowledgment of our concerns. KFC has no leader ship, nobody working with experience. They have young kids working I could care less about being there, more busy on their cell phones than willing to help the customers that are paying their wages with $40-$50 orders. I'm pretty sure if they didn't get their sauces, or their food was cold, those young kids will be back to the drive-through raising a storm. Two for two, the local KFC's are not worth the value. We've been to many KFC's and absolutely loved the service, the food and go there often. We don't recommend this KFC, cold food, employees don't care, don't provide sauces as requested and when things are mixed in your mashed potatoes it's obviously not clean. KFC needs to reach out and correct customer concerns before they lose all their customers. Hire some people with experience, someone appreciate the customers that pay in wages, making sure the food going out is edible and hot.

Food was hot and tasted good however, I ordered a CONEY dog but instead I received a CHILI dog. SUGGESTION: upgrade your speaker to an order screen, this would have solved a lot of problems & get your rating ups couple of stars.

Ordered through the drive thru because I'm on my way home from the bank. Order was larger than normal so I had to wait at their front. The food was good especially their cheese curds.

I had the worst experience ever when I ordered from A&W last night! I ordered over $109.00 worth of food only to have my order screwed up! They didn't put all of my order in and everything was soggy! There was no way to call them and get them to make it right! If I could give them less than 1 star I would! I will never eat there again!
