Adorable place. Good for small groups. Had a few items in the menu. Not all pics you see will be available. Some items are seasonal. Nice serves.

Visited this restaurant with medium expectations. It's small and when you enter the establishment you smack walk into the restaurant no sitting area or separate section to those who wait for a table. The door is quite an issue when it's so cold outside and people are literally 5 feet away from the door sitting and dining. Staff is hit or miss. The gal that waited up just took our order, and brought our food...that's it. No returning to table until the bill was served Food is okay but a bit pricey. Nothing special Will I go again? Probably not

If that self righteous dude with a beard is behind the bar. Walk out. Worst bartender in Sacramento. All the employees know it too. Everyone else is great. GR you need a new bar manager! Bearded fat man ain't it.

We visited on a Friday evening and spent quite some time searching for street parking. Luckily we beat the dinner rush and were seated at their last available table. Customer service was great and we loved the beautiful indoor greenery and vintage, cozy decor! Our party of 5 each ordered an entrees and some appetizers to share. Two of us ordered the mushroom bucatini and the rest ordered the classic burger, mushroom burger, and apple & pear salad. For appetizer, we ordered elote wings, baked brie, and garlic fries. Portion size was generous but the food was just average. My mushroom bucatini was flavorful but the pasta was overcooked, the texture of the sauce was odd (slightly grainy), and the entirety was way too salty to my liking. It seems that their seasoning is inconsistent as I tried my friend's mushroom bucatini and hers was not overly salty. All the other dishes also just tasted alright. However, we all really enjoyed our drinks. We ordered the lavender bees knees, espresso martini, apple cinnamon toast crunch, and fog & fury hazy IPA. All the cocktails were beautifully crafted and tasted delicious! Would come back to try the other cocktails on the menu and great ambience!

This is a great place for happy hour and a good instagram photo op! My husband and I came here because we saw a review on TikTok. When you arrive it is really pretty inside, the decor is on point. We were bar hopping so we didn't get to experience the full menu. We ordered happy hour quesadillas which were good and filling! The elote wings were different but very tasty, then we just got some fries. The customer service was great! We sat in a cute little corner and ordered drinks and their drinks are very good! I highly recommend this place! I will be coming back to Try different items on the menu.

This place never disappoints. Food and service is consistently great! The elote chicken and braised beef is a must have!

The Green RoomWe enjoyed some fantastic cocktails at The Green Room followed by some of their delicious food. They had a wonderful variety of cocktails to try and they were all nicely made. Everything we ordered from the Brussels sprouts, beet salad, burger, house fries, etc. was all delicious. We enjoyed sharing each dish with friends. The entire place has a great energy. The ambiance and the decor are perfect for a cozy night out. I have not written too many reviews but, if you want to get out with some friends and enjoy a nice drink and some good food, it's a great spot to hit in East Sac.

We started our visit by receiving a very unfriendly scolding by the hostess about not following directions. Not being familiar with this place, we made the terrible error of walking in directly. No one was waiting in line and multiple open tables. Not real hospitable way to be greeted. I ordered the bacon biscuit egg and gravy dish. The components of this meal were all fine, but the presentation was just bizarre. A soup bowl level of gravy had a biscuit, bacon and egg submerged in the gravy. Perhaps this is the way a dish like this is served in N Cal, but it was off putting. Gravy soup. Companions omelet was standard issue and fine. Her fried potatoes had no seasoning at all which is odd for breakfast taters. Cinnamon roll had odd “fried” texture to it. Not great. Waitress was very friendly and the restaurant itself has a very cool vibe. Clearly many people love this place as when we left there was a large outdoor line properly obeying the rules! Maybe we just visited on a bad day but I would not return here if I am ever in Sacramento again.

The wait time was 1 hour and 30 minutes . The host told us the bar was not available, but the bar was empty. The hos let other people to sit at the bar 10 minutes after we had arrived. We ask to sit inside because it was lots of flies and 85 degrees outside. Host told us that we would have to wait another hour if we wanted to sit inside. We decided to still order and set outside in the heat and witness a few people who were not on the waitlist get a table inside Once the food came, the food looked like it had been sitting out for a while and didn't taste that good. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The host was not professional and very mean, however the waiter was nice. The host was short with other guest and did not appear to like her job. Before making this review, I asked a few friends about how they felt about Bacon and Butter, they said they would not be returning to this restaurant because they had similar experience as mine.

This is my favorite place in East Sacramento! For a little bit of history, the owners of the Green room are the same owners of Bacon and Butter (another amazing place in town)! The Green Room is something much more special though- every detail of this restaurant is beautifully thought out. The ambiance is key because as you walk in you can very clearly see the theme of the restaurant is greenery. they have beautiful plans hanging from the ceiling and the bathroom has medusa heads filled with plants as well! On to the most important request, which is the food, I will say that this place has the best fried chicken sandwich in town. My expertise is the Sac Hot Chicken Festival, and this place still comes up on top for me. The honey drizzle on top is perfectly balanced for the spice of the sandwich.

Wings were great. Fries were great. Crab mac was ok. Jalapeño burger was really saucy and I didn't like it. Overall
