Has been around for many years for a reason. The building it is in gives a wrong impression. Inside it is isolated from the area. Super friendly staff, great quality, lots if to go orders and dine-in so you know food is fresh. Love it!! ?

Read somewhere that they got new owners and sadly the menu changed. No more vegan menu, only vegetarian? Vegetarians can eat vegan food. Why add eggs to all of your noodle dishes. Your old menu was delicious! Limited options now. Disappointed ):

Underwhelming. Very little in terms of flavor profiles muddled with overbearing curry.Pineapple fried rice - all I tasted was curry. All the other components were just lost in the overly strong flavor of curry. It needed more balance. The shrimp were really good, which was the only redeeming aspect.Drunken Noodles. Meh. There was no spice at all. It didn’t have enough sauce and just felt like a stir fry dish. The veggies were good.Mango w/ sticky rice. This was pretty good. My wife loves this stuff so it was mainly for her. Probably the best dish of the three; which is unfortunate.I feel like this place isn’t as good as pre-pandemic. It’s been awhile since I’ve been here. Either that, or there are so many better options out there for Thai food.

My co-workers and I went to lunch here on a Wed. Parking was a bit of a problem (downtown) but expected. I had the Tom Kha soup with shrimp (made with coconut milk) and my co-workers had drunken noodles. We decided to try this place because it was ranked #1 on a couple of lists in Sac. I have to say that the food was decent but nothing special. My soup lacked any depth of flavor. The ingredients were good quality but the overall taste was just missing something. My co-workers said the samething about the noodles. This same group tried Sawasdee the week before and we all thought it was better; funny how that place was ranked lower on these same lists. I've been going to coconut on T for years and I think its definitely better tasting. The atmosphere at 12 is nice and clean. The service was excellent. I wish the food had better flavor.

Fresh, I am a super fan of Thai food and this place is on my top 2. I live in San Diego otherwise I’d be a regular.

I have been going here for many years for lunch. It's one of my favorite dishes here is Pot Tak, which is Thai Seafood soup. It is loaded with squid, fish filet pieces, and shrimp. It also has a lot of mushrooms, onions, basil, and ginger, plus a lot of miscellaneous vegetables. The broth is a sweet and sour taste, but it is neither too sweet nor too sour. They have a complete menu with extensive lists of appetizers, salads, soups, stir fries, curry dishes, and noodle dishes.Another note is that they will make it as spicy as you would like. Native Thai food can be very spicy. Hint: if you order spicy Thai food, also order some sticky rice. When eating spicy food, take one bite of spicy food, follow it with a bite of sticky rice. It will cleanse the pallet of the spicy food's capsaicin (which the chemical that makes peppers hot), and it will not burn your mouth when eating spicy Thai Foods.
