The person who is serving customers. His fingernails are very dirty and he doesn't use gloves to handle the ice cream. I have visited this place several times now and the lady always has long, dirty nails and doesn't wear gloves.

paid $9 for a triple scoop sundae and the 3 scoops didnt even reach half way up the cup. A scoop was literally one bite. I got it delivered but I definitely will only go in to make sure they give enough.

Sundae looks nothing like the picture on the site. come to find out the sundaes come with "kid scoops" well they need to make it clear that i'm getting "kid scoops" because i was expecting Adult Scoops. Irritating rip-off. Ordered a 3 scoop hot fudge sundae (I'm an adult) and got 3 tiny little scoops (literally only 1 1/2" diameter scoops). I asked her if they were kiddy scoops, and she said yes. I told her I wanted an adult 3 scoop sundae, she said ALL sundaes are kid scoops. SINCE WHEN? Other locations I've been to don't do this. Hot garbage, won't be back to this one again.

Baskin Robin address 4355 Bad service girl dropping ice cream all over the counter with serious pimples on her face.I asked for a quart of gold medal ribbon ice cream. I couldn’t believe my eyes she puts 2 big scoops in and didn’t pat it down. Leaving a lot of space in between. I told her it was less ice cream in the container. She said she will have to charge me more. She was constantly dropping it on the counter and putting it back into the ice cream container. Nasty?Need the health department to check this company out. Very rude horrible customer service and unsanitary. I refused purchased and walked out.

Came by here at 9pm during the week (they close at 10pm) to about 50% of the dining room floor being freshly mopped with no yellow "wet floor" sign up--no joke, the sign was folded up behind a trash can by the front door lol. We'd called ahead to verify if they had the flavor we wanted in stock, so it's not like it was unknown that customers were on the way over at that current moment.Totally understandable that if there weren't any customers to go ahead & start cleaning up for the night, but you're creating a major safety hazard for customers by making that much of the floor wet during opening hours without any signage as to what spots the hazard is in. Had to literally jump over a wet spot to get to the cash register. Please do better & be mindful of your disabled customers so you don't injure them.

I am so happy with the ice cream cake Kitty made for me. This was a custom request because I got my 2nd degree black belt and wanted a black belt ice cream cake. It turned out exactly how I wanted and will be recommending it to any friends who get black belts. And will use them again for other celebrations as well! Great customer service and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!!! Thank you so much for making my party better with this wonderful cake!!!!
