The delicious food is cooked perfectly, they truly care. You can experience excellent service also with a refined presence. The ambience is perfect... Passage to white glove, chest for cleanliness, the palate test for flavor and the I'm in the service industry to serve test. I highly recommend Bennetts, Sacramento and I didn't even mention their wonderful happy hour, which is daily from 2 to 6!

We had been to Bennett's last year for my daughters birthday. Food and service was really good. My wife wanted to go back for her birthday yesterday. We were expecting similar to what we experienced previously. However, sad to say this experience failed. Although the wait staff was good, the entrees took more than 25 minutes to arrive. The presentation looked nice. But most of our entrees were over cooked. Shrimp was dry and chewy, Halibut had no flavor, and the worst thing is, the filet that was ordered "medium rare", arrived "well done". We sent back the filet showing and explaining the issue. Shortly after a new filet arrived. It looked great. However, the outside was seared, but the inside was practically raw. We had to send it back again. Since it was my wife's birthday, we decided to order the banana cream pie. We had it last year, and remember it being good. Unfortunately, it wasn't the same. There was hardly any flavor from the banana cream, and no flavor from the pie crust. We thought maybe we just timed it wrong. But as we were leaving we saw that another table was also sending back their entree's. For the price we paid, we will likely choose an alternative restaurant next time. I really hope they fix this. Otherwise Bennett's won't survive.

The food and service were good. The furniture in the patio area was very uncomfortable and could be upgraded.

Went for the brunch special, the orange juice for my mimosa tasted off but that's alright. The food was good. But, we waited 30 minutes after our meal to receive the check. Annoying at best. Most likely won't be returning.

Booked a resy for two as I know Friday nights get busyyyyyyy and there was a wait when we arrived. Although it was bushy their service was still incredibly efficient and friendly. There were a few people helping the servers take drink orders which proved to help with the wait time. I ordered a champagne lemonade which was bright and strong and delicioussssss. The last time we came in we were given an envelope to redeem at our next time in. When the envelope was opened we saw that we were able to enjoy a free shared plate. We decided to try the salt and pepper shrimp. They were very large pieces lightly breaded and served with an amazing dip. It was very bright and paired very well with the seafood. It came with 6 large pieces so we each enjoyed three before our entrees came. I was having a hard time deciding between the halibut and meatloaf and our server, Kevin, recommended the meatloaf. It was an excellent recommendation. It came out warm and juicy and toooed with crispy shallots. The plate also came with buttery mashed potatoes which were creamy and delicious. We are always impressed with the wonderful service and food and always recommend this to our family and friends.

We went in with a 5:45 reservation and didn't get seated until 6:10 and it ended up being at the bar. Our server/bartender was really nice and the key lime pie was delicious. This is what earned the 2 stars. The wait despite our reservations was ridiculous. Adding insult was that the lettuce on the Caesar salad was brown on the edges and we just ate the croutons and chicken off the top. I was so disappointed because we had previous visits that were great. I don't think I'll be back.

2 stars because the only thing good about this place was the service and the drinks. We got one of the MP cuts of steak for 2 people, mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. I have to say, this is probably hands down, the worst steak I've ever had even compared to the first steak I cooked for myself when I was like 16 years old. I don't even know how this can happen. The steak came on a serving board, precut. Out of all of the slices, one was medium (we requested medium rare/medium) and the rest were completely well done and charred to the point of bitterness? How does that even happen? It was also so oily. I felt like I was eating olive oil. Mashed potatoes + Brussels sprouts were unseasoned. Beyond disappointing considering this was not a cheap meal but I've had better steaks that were from some cheap diner.

I really had high hopes for this place because I had such a good experience with the one in Roseville. It was Easter Sunday and it was busy at 2pm when we walked in. Since our table wasn't ready, we headed to the bar for a cocktail. I have to say the Bloody Mary's were pretty good. We were sat at our table after a few minutes and greeted by our server. It started great and she took our order with no problems. The calamari starter was delicious but the chicken tortilla soup and Cesar salad were not. We left the whole plate of salad basically untouched after the first bites. We also ordered the prime rib which me and my boyfriend split and that was good. Then we sat. And we sat. And we sat. We had seen the waiter at the table behind check his table very often, offering to fill beverages and ask how they were doing. He saw us sitting for a while and even came to check on us even though he was not our waiter. He asked us how our meal was and told us he would get our server for us. She came by and said "Box. Bill" and walked away. Literally two words. And when she picked up the bill, didn't say any other words. I know sometimes we might look younger than it seems, I mean I'm only 4'9". But I'm in my mid 40's and I don't appreciate this lack of service. We always tip 20% with good/decent service. I have a career that is also based on customer satisfaction. I know how hard it is, so as long as they show some effort, I understand. If it's great service we give more. I just couldn't this time. We won't be coming back.

Mr. Bennet, thank you for a restaurant will exquisite food and such amazing design. Not only does your food stand out but your service. My friends and I went there to celebrate a very special day, our dearest friend, Sean Gerado birthday who would have been 36 years. Although he is no longer with us, your waiter Mr. Gerael made our night, a night to remember. He took care of our every need understanding the menu and his life stories and lessons. Thank you for hiring the right people for the special moments in life. May the Lord bless you and your restaurant.

Had a wonderful dinner tonight. Superb service- Jorel was super attentive, helpful and gave great recommendations. We enjoyed the $65 Monday wine and dinner special. Halibut was excellent! I'll be back.

Parking: Busy during happy hour and rightfully so. Their HH cocktails are very reasonably priced. Only flaw of this visit was the Brussel sprouts. Too much stem which causes bitterness. The sever was kind enough to take it off the bill. Will go again.
