It's a bummer that the prices had to go up, but they're still one of the cheapest and best tasting options near campus. Go for the Thai Chicken rice bowl and dump the complimentary sauce on it, you'll thank me later.

On a visit to Sacarmento, we decided to have lunch there. We must've show up on day that staff called in sick. There was one young lady working the register, prepping to go orders and serving the food once it was ready. The wait to order wasn't terrible. But, there was four of the table in the front part of the restaurant full of dishes and food on the floor (like a little kid ate there) the other tables had people eating. So we went to the back part and there were two tables full of dishes. We did find a table for us to sit. Now, the wait was not long, the food was delicious and the staff was very nice. Would I go back? Yes!!Sometimes when their is staff shortage, we should have some grace.Parking: Warning the stalls are very narrow. In fact many cars were taking up two spaces.

The salmon bento box portion and flavors were on point! The edamame appetizer we ordered came out a little late. The restaurant seating was a little too tight. There was very little room between tables.Parking: Free parking available in shopping plaza parking lot. We parked near the front door of the restaurant.

My current Bento Box streak is lunch and dinner for two days in a row. I seriously just get the egg rolls and Philly roll. It is so fresh, so filling and only $22 for a great meal. They always have your order ready when they say they are going to. We love Bento Box!

I have not been here for some time and was excited to go since I was in the area. Service changed where it’s now more of a self service restaurant. You now order at the register where staff should have mentioned when you first come in. We waited at our table for 10 mins to place our order before finding out orders are taken at the register. Staff did not check on us or refilled our drinks. Little disappointed under this new management and staff. I will not return.

The food was wonderful. However, the service was a bit confusing, we ordered at the counter, then they brought us food to the table, but we had to go back up to the counter to get napkins and chopsticks. It is a little thing, but we had to wait in line each time we needed something. Finally, the furniture seemed a bit run down and in need of some updating. Not terrible, but very noticeable. Overall, it was a ok experience, and worth the money, but it could have been better.

Food was bland; the calamari was chopped up into tiny little pieces and very rubbery; both in the seafood ramen and battered. The miso soup was so mild it was borderline bland, and it had very few pieces of anything to give it a bite (two tiny pieces of tofu total in my bowl). When we last visited, a better part of a year ago, we remember the food being distinctly better.I would recommend the tempura, and the breaded pork.Parking: Drive a few blocks away and walk back; it's worth it.

Went to them for the first time in years and they’re still great! Fast and friendly service for takeout.I ordered the beef gyoza and pan fried noodles with chicken (that also came with rice and veggies) — everything was super tasty. The sauce they include with the gyoza was so good!! And I had leftovers for dinner — still great.
