The employees are great service on point. Overprised I ordered the Blt with avocado. It didn't say it was hot or cold, but it came heated, and it tastes like what a dish sponge smells like. Vile warm brown avocado. Overtosted bleeding gums hard chibatta bread. Melted wilted cheese, tomato, and lettuce. To be fair, I didn't tell the people working here because no one gets paid enough to deal with these kinds of customer complaints. I just want the public to know,, go somewhere else.

Favorite coffee in Sac so far. Lattes are good. Mocha has more of a bitter chocolate flavor that I prefer. I don't like them overly sweet. Ice coffee is bold! I bring bags of the coffee to my sister in the Bay Area and it is her favorite! She now orders their 5 lb bags online to ship to her. It is actually a very reasonable deal! Only thing is the staff isn't super friendly. There are times they don't even look at you when you place your order. I e been to the alley location and they have been pretty friendly. Just this location seems to be off.

A coffee to die for! Can't say much about their food options but the coffee is so so good! Service is as good as it can be at a coffee shop, atmosphere is great, wishing that pets weren't allowed in the shop.

The service was excellent: although the line was so long, the waitress made sure to put thee orders in before even people paid. Rent have the best cappuccino I've ever had. The croissant was old. The avocado toast was amazing!

Great service and good food. Rustic vibes and very nice interior and places to sit. It wasn't loud and was a good place for me to get my work done. Will be back again

Finally had time today to leave a review...but it's not gonna be a good one because of how the service was so slow and how rude the managers were to the people around them. It definitely tainted my morning. I feel bad for the baristas who have to work with their kind of behavior. It is unacceptable and unprofessional. Just because you're behind a bar doesn't mean the public doesn't see you or hear you either. No longer supporting this spot, as this place should be reported.

ambience was great, Blueberry muffin was on point, iced tea and lemonade was really good, and front end. People were really friendly and helpful, until I let them know that it took 40 minutes for my burrito to come out. I'm not the kind of person to leave a review, and typically I give people the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it was a busy day but I sat there for 40 minutes, hungry and late to pick up my child and to work. I asked for a refund for the burrito to make up for my time. I was not gonna pay for it. The manager happily granted my request, but was confused when I suggested that I should get the burrito for free, and almost acted, as if I was somehow inconveniencing them. There's a possibility he didn't really understand what was happening, but it's really their job to be on top of things. I actually spoke to the chef because I was seated at the bar right near the window and ask him if a burrito was coming out and he said it was, turns out it was just sitting in the back. I really like the place and it kind of. I don't like leaving reviews, but I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth. Not gonna return, unless it gets fixed.

good mocha, lofty cafe hidden far from the downtown crowd even on busy weekends. It takes only 1 staffer to ruin or enchant the experience.

Old Soul Co. (Rear Alley location) has been my go to spot since I heard of it at the time our former Mayor Kevin Johnson was performing a ribbon cutting ceremony for the first alleyway in Midtown with recessed lighting. A nice rendezvous kind of place.

Found this place while out on a morning walk while visiting from overseas. Looked fantastic. Ordered two large cappuccino coffees. Paid and waited and watched as the barista made two latte. Was told they were for me, but I had ordered cappuccino. Server informed me that cappuccino does not come in large, so she had changed my order. Was furious. She told me there was nothing she could do. Don't evere mess with someone's morning coffee. Will not be returning.

Get this English Muffin, you won’t regret it. The texture and fluffy freshness is amazing. I went with the recommended carnitas and it is ?!

While waiting on a table for brunch at a nearby restaurant, I dropped in to Old Soul to grab a cup of coffee. I ended up ordering an Americano, which was solid. Prices on the menu were about average and comparable to other coffee shops. They also serve food here, so maybe next time I'll give that a try. The space inside is large with lots of seating, so I imagine it would be a great place to catch up with friends. Overall: If I'm in the area, I'd definitely drop by again.

Good food and drinks. Seemed to be having some technical problems with the computer and ordering system. Nice place for casual breakfast though.

The food is great, coffee is amazing. It can get pretty busy sometimes, but signs of a good business. The decor and ambience is warm and friendly as well.
