On the second visit, I got the 8" Italian Sub, which was also wonderful, but did not fill me up. Guess I should have gotten the 12". ;)

This business has been around for many years. It even survived the pandemic. Years of patronage and surviving the impact from the covid pandemic probably indicates a loyal following of clientele. This was the first time i have stepped into this establishment. So how was it, and what did we order? 1)7" Pastrami sandwich (hot)-$9.95, decent size sandwich and my follow patron wanted to see how this sandwich was without all the condiments (cheese/lettuce/tomato/onions/oregano/ and olive oil). She just ordered it with pastrami and lettuce. The french bread was soft and fresh. there was adequate slices of pastrami- but really salty 2) bruchi burger - $8.95, nice looking burger. bun was fresh and soft and my fellow patron thought it was a very good burger even without the cheese, sauce, and tomatoes. he wanted to return soon. 3) 12" Supreme Cheesesteak - $13.95- decent sandwich. soft and fresh french bread and had adequate slices chopped beef. but couldn't taste any peppers or mushrooms. It was also very cheesy. No need to add extra cheese. It was a good sandwich. it had a nice beef flavor and was juicy. 4) large order of fried-$5.95, the fried were excellent! not greasy or oily and not heavily doused in salt- very very good fries Would i return. yes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But i was taken back with a charge of $1.16 which they called an "Inflation off-set at 3%. what is this? And after April 1st, when fast food workers will receive $20 an hour...will there be another line. stay tuned. Oh btw, i think it is the same or better than Tony Baloneys in Cirrus Heights but not as good as Big Boss which is located on the front entrance of Home Depot on Sunrise blvd. that place was outstanding!!!

We ordered 2 a7 inch sandwiches and they charged us 2 large. They were busy making around or over 20 sandwiches that we couldn't get a refund or change the order cuz the cashier was an idiot who took the order incorrectly. I told her two small twice. My friend got tired of waiting he just took the 2 large. They didn't offer anything complimentary there error...OMG ?

I had high hopes for this place as it was my first time ordering from here. I placed a pickup order for a 7 inch steak and bacon sandwich. The picture advertised is a far stretch from what I received. I did add onion, peppers and mushrooms but that seemed to be most of what I got. The sandwich was extremely skimpy on the meat and this is false advertisement. I feel taken advantage of. I gave an overall rating based solely on the staff working today. They were nice other than that I’d give 1 start.

I've always had great food and service here from super-friendly employees. The steak supreme is my go-to if I'm in the mood for a Philly-style cheesesteak. Tender grilled and chopped steak with whatever mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, etc you specify. And the golden crinkle fries are incredibly delicious. You can even get them without salt if you're trying to do low-sodium. Lots of food for your money and fast accurate service. The establishment is clean, well-lit and inviting. Well worth your money.
Super tasty! You can smell the food and seasoning as soon as you walk in. The place is nice and clean with lots of seating. There also a patio with tables. The burgers are huge! My boyfriend didn't expect it to be so large so he ordered the double burger and couldn't finish it. I got the pepper steak without jalapeños. The food all tastes very fresh and the meat was all well seasoned. The pepperoncinis were very spicy (I was expecting a more vinegary pepperoncicni) but I did get the spicy sandwich so it wasn't bad just unexpected. The fries were also crispy. The service was great too, greeted us instantly and asked to take our order. They didn't hover while we looked over the menu and were very accommodating to any changes we wanted to make.

They won't pick up the phone. I understand the no phone orders, but I had a simple, specific question after placing my order online! Also, Sacramento location, clean your soda machines. The sprite tasted like mildew.

We take our employees out to lunch every Friday and everyone wanted a cheesesteak sandwich , decided to try this place out. Very clean inside and the customer service is great! We ordered our food and got our drinks sat down and shortly after our food arrived. The sandwiches were perfect ! Not to much meat and not to little, nice and warm and they have a special sauce for the fries that's pretty good! The owner introduced himself, very nice respectful gentleman! We will definitely be back! He even gave us cookies on the house!

Got a pepper steak cheese steak combo, $22 for one and shared it between me and my boyfriend. Boyfriend loved it and I thought it was good too and it was a good size to share. The service was good and there was barely any wait at 5pm on a wednesday. Overall good experience!
