I usually get one of their many salads. They are well-prepared and delicious.You have to order at a counter and your food is brought to your table (non-alcoholic drinks are self-serve). The staff are great, but it isn't a full service establishment.The decor/atmosphere are utilitarian.

The food is actually great, from sandwiches to salads, everything is fresh (I can tell). My favorite restaurant so far.P.S: I don't understand the bad reviews, specially from people who order to go, like what do you expect? A hot meal? If you live like 15 min. away, and on top of that, think about the traffic and all that. It will never be the same, those people are just problematics, just go there and dine in, it's better and it's so simple!

Great food. Table service. Cozy atmosphere. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because of the price hikes in the recent year or two. Roadhouse onions are the best!Dietary restrictions: You can order lots of dishes without meat.Parking: Parking lot is always packed.Wheelchair accessibility: The tables have chairs, but are arranged tightly. When we were there, the only thing left was a high table, which was a problem since no one offered to move from the handicap accessible tables. There is outside seating, but that's not ideal when it's really cold outside.

I've been to this place a couple of times and the only thing I worry about is the inconsistency in the food. The first time we went there it was great. The second time I picked up a to go order it was disappointing especially the rib tips they were hard and dry they're supposed to be an Asian theme and I ended up giving them to my dogs. The third time I went there I find it interesting that they have an open barbecue sauce bar where customers can go get their barbecue sauces for their foods but when I tried to get mine I was told that was only for the people eating in. But I along with other to go customers witnessed people with to go orders go over and get the type of barbecue sauce they wanted. There is inconsistency in the customer service and the quality of the food.Parking: The parking is in the Raleys shopping center and there are several other fast food restaurants near this place so you end up sometimes having to park further away and walk in.Kid-friendliness: There are tables that children can sit at with their parents.Wheelchair accessibility: And there is wheelchair accessibility although I don't recall seeing a disabled door opener.
