I ordered the cheddar bacon tri tip sandwich with sweet potato fries. I had ordered online, and got there a few minutes before they said the food would be ready. That was around 6:40. I then waited until almost 7:00, 20 minutes, to receive a sad meal.They gave me such a small amount of fries that were cold and sad looking even though it was supposedly just made. My sandwich had also gone cold to the point that the “melted” cheese had solidified.$30 for this. $30.I’m never coming back to this location.

It was not a good experience today. Ordered the Asian ribs, they lacked sauce and were very dry. Also ordered sweet potato fries that were delicious. Will go back again, but I'm not sure what happened today.
The best and ONLY choice when it comes to BBQ in Sacramento.I'm from the south and it's the closest thing to southern style BBQ I've ever had in Sacramento.

I love this place. Not only is the food great, the service, ease of ordering, self-service drink area and atmosphere is also on point. I work in the area and usually only come for a late lunch and always get the tri-tip sandwich. They let you customize the doneness of the meat which is also fantastic. Definitely my go to lunch spot when I'm in the area

Not real Barbeque. No smoke rings to be found on the meat and who uses spare ribs instead of St. Louis or Baby backs? This is truly BBQ for those who don't know better.
Even though this place is pricey, it's usually worth it. Last night we went, group of 4. I ordered my tri tip medium well, and the picture below is what I received. And missing corn bread.We asked for a bun less burger, and they got that wrong. It is the simple mistakes that take away the overall experience.But make sure you know how to flip that screen for a tip!!Just not the best 105.00 dollar meal.Just to better next time.

The parking here is awful to start. We got a table with help from an employee who was super helpful. Ordering on the phone was easy. We got our food before our drinks. The food was very basic and not very impressive. We ordered veggies as a side, and they were mushy and had no flavor. The meat was ordered medium but came out more on the rare side. I don't mind but it's not what we ordered.The food tasted like it was served from a batch made production. I felt like it was a scoop from tray and reheat as order basis. Not fresh at all. Will not be back.

I tried ordering a Family feast meal on their app, one day before thanksgiving, the order was not successful but they charged my card. Funds were held! I talked to the manager (Eddie) and from the start he just kept saying he couldn’t do anything for me. He said he could not see my order to reverse my transaction. I emailed him screenshots of my transaction history from my bank . He still denied to do anything about it. He said he spoke to his corporate manager, and showed her the snap shot of my bank transactions and she also said there was nothing they could do for me. It’s to bad I really like there food but I can’t do business with people that refuse fix there screw ups. I get that this was probably an issue from the company they use to process the credit cards. But the fact that it’s there app and they should make it right with you when it doesn’t work properly. Especially on thanksgiving… great food, but they do not care about us the customers.
