We ordered a vegan pizza and some regular cheesy bread from the delivery app. After I placed the order, they called me to confirm that we didn’t want the cheesy bread to be vegan like the pizza. That is some excellent customer service! And their pizza is so dang good! Love you guys!

I ordered online for pickup on a Sunday evening. The ETA for a single Pesto Pistol was 30 minutes and they had it done on time. The pizza was good although it did taste like a little something was missing from the recipe. The ambience of Buffalo Pizza is ridiculously basic but that is of little import. Judging by the influx of customers as I sat and waited for 20 minutes it seems the locals are in agreement.
First time to this place. Pizza was DELICIOUS! Not going to be my LAST! 2 THUMBS UP!

First time there. Definitely won’t be coming back ever. What a shame what how an employee can ruin your experience.Immediately walking in I thought the vibe there was good. But it slowly went down hill from there.I felt as if their response to my questions were answered with impatience and not kid hearted.as I was leaving with my pizza even the employee that helped me didn’t even look at me and say goodnight, have a good one, hope you enjoy it, and immediately after as I was leaving the employee that treated me poorly treated the next person behind me like a human should.what a shame.

I normally get their breakfast & regular pizza for my office's functions, which are so great, but today I ventured to try their vegan gluten free pesto! Yuhhh-uumm. Thinner crispy crust with generous, nice green pesto, vegan cheese, fresh cherry tomatoes and good sized artichoke hearts. I scarfed 5 pieces and I don't even feel tired, lol!Vegetarian options: Lots of options for vegetarians, vegans.Dietary restrictions: Delicious vegan and gluten free options.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp.
New location blows. Totally new staff (and I'm assuming new ownership) that could care less about service and quality. I've tried the new location close to ten times and it's always been a disappointment, often times the order is incorrect, takes way too long or there is just barely any cheese on the pizza at all. It's mind blowing. The crew at the old location was amazing and consistently made some of the best pizza I've ever had. It's a shame.

Customer service is HOT GARBAGE at this place. Wrong orders, missing items, rude workers - they truly have it all. Worst part is the pizza is great when they actually manage to get our order right.Wrong orders are obviously annoying, but are especially concerning for us because we have a dietary restriction in my family. We have called and asked multiple times what is the best way to ensure our modification is made properly, but despite following their instructions to the T, they still manage to screw it up consistently. It's just not worth the headache. Please consider patronizing Pizzasaurus Rex in midtown instead. Their customer service is night and day compared to this place and they've yet to screw up our order. Bye Buffalo ?
