First off. It’s unclear whether or not you seat yourself. Took several minutes to figure that out. Get a sign. Second. It took the server over 20 minutes to take my order even though she had seen me earlier when she brought the guys food next to me. Third I only ordered a burger with fries and a water. The burger was pretty tasteless and the water never came. If you’re here and wanting to get a burger there’s a place a little down the way that I’m sure is faster and better quality. I only gave the food stars because it wasn’t outright disgusting. Just needs at least some salt.

I ordered the special Korean bbq chicken sandwich. The Korean part (I’m guessing) was the cole slaw garnish. The rest was a regular fried chicken sandwich with a bland mayo-based sauce.On a positive note, the fried chicken did resemble chicken.Also absent vegetarian options.

SO SLOW!!!! OMG!! It was ridiculous!! Not busy at all and took over half an hour from the time I ordered my Chicken Tenders and Fries. And they didn’t even get the order on the sauces I wanted. ??

We came in at 6a, the Sunday after Thanksgiving, in and out within 20m, and couldn’t have been happier. Service was great, food was fresh and crispy, and they were super sweet. Someone even left their suitcase, and the waitress was so concerned for him, keeping an eye out constantly, until he came back.

Plane at 2pm. Sat down at 1pm on Sunday. It’s half empty, 2 at the bar, 2 on the floor. Waited 10 mins, noone came over for the order. Tired to order at the bar but was told need to order at the table. Waited another 7 mins and noone came over. Walked out and just got chips for kids. If you dont want to serve customers that’s fine but dont waste our time.

I fly every week for years out of this terminal and have eaten here a decent amount. The food is mediocre and the service is dependent on whose working but usually subpar and impersonal. I was just refused service by a lady, "Shardai"(unsure of spelling) who says she did so because I was disrespectful. I entered through the open exit gate where I saw her sitting with headphones. She waved at me and said something, I waved back unsure if she was talking to me or not. She got louder, followed me to the seat I walked to at the bar, and told me I needed to go back out the gate and walk around to the other side. There was no line, no one waiting, plenty of seats open. So I said "that's silly, I'm here at the seat, I'm not going to walk all the way around to come sit back in this same seat."She walked behind the bar, whispered something to the bar tender, and went back to her seat. Later when she saw me asking a waitress for a higher-up manager she got out of her seat again and began a dialogue with me where she informed me that 1. She is refusing service to me because she considered me disrespectful and that 2. The only person to speak to above her was the Sheriff... no one else. So despite my intuition I went and requested a conversation with a person from the department that handles law enforcement, who of course was busy with things that actually matter. I eventually spoke with a deputy that told me, more or less, she can do whatever she wants. So... I very much would like to speak with the business owner or anyone else that might be the mediator between her and the law, if only to understand how this rudeness and lack of competence is acceptable. Nonetheless, I would not recommend this particular restaurant/bar, which clearly stays in operation only due to their captive customer base. There is another establishment at the other end of terminal B that I've never had an issue with other than a bit of a wait to get in. To whom it may concern within the employee structure, please feel free to contact me.

There was a black lady bar tender very rude, first thing she said who tips better ?I only got 2 drink and tipped he $5 and she shook her head & thru the recipe across the bar.Very rude ?????

Real bad service at the bar. Been here many times before. The bartender now has zero on the personality and professionalism. She's just in the wrong business.

Got here with over an hour to go. This place was hopping on a Friday evening. There were three ladies tending the bar and one lady roaming around getting all the rest of the tables. They need to get another person to help keep the tables turning over. I felt really bad and this review isn't necessarily about the people but the management.

Always come here when flying southwest for expensive but great food. This time not so much. They still have limited Covid breakfast menus. No healthier options. The shining spot was the service. After hearing my disappointment they comped my breakfast. Hope they get those food groove back soon. Great location to Relax before a flight , great staff.

It's a passable substitution for the real restaurant, crammed into an airport terminal. I actually ate at the namesake restaurant, the real one on 15th and L, two nights earlier, and I can confirm, the menu is smaller and the offerings are somewhat diminished, but the service is still top-notch. They make a robust Bloody Mary using Dimitris mix, which is the best.

Layover and decided to get a drink and a snack. Ordered drinks immediately and saw that they were almost immediately out at the bar. Waited tenMinutes and our waiter just wasn't coming. I walked to the bar and asked if we could get our drinks we had been waiting. Bar tender said no. So we waited an attentional 10 and had to wave down the guy. He then asked if we were done and we said yes. Put the card out right away and then he vanished again. Waved him down AGAIN and he just thumbs upped us and vanished again. Finally able to pay and leave. And the place was not busy. Johnathon my guy I think you should find a new profession
