I gotta say this location is the worst by far. The service was the slowest I've ever experienced on a Saturday afternoon. I almost thought they were being low-key racist. For a table of three, it took over 15 minutes to get drinks, and we had to remind them to bring the bread. Our waiter forgot the butter cake desert, and the manager had to bring it out with my forgotten drink. The staff treated us like we weren't important at all. Overall, this experience sucked.

Atmosphere, dusty, too cluttered. Restroom unclean. Pizza at room temp tasted stale. Our food was cold abs over drenched with spices. Chicken dry. N tge appetizers were microwaved and over cooked. Our server was rude. Utensils were dirty (left over food) and the plates had left over food on them. This place needs to revamped and remove all thT clutter.
Really obnoxious group of drunk men next to us one upping each other about how best to screw over their ex wives. Made for a miserable meal for us.All of my favorite CPK pizza are gone. The unique international ones that they invented in the 80s were why I came here. Now, their limited selection is uninspired . Their Cobb salad used to be a masterpiece, but it has become ho hum also ran a they reduce the flavor and amounts off everything except the lettuce.Freezer deserts have the made in a factory overseas vibe. Nothing about CPK amazes me any more.Sad to see one of my old standbys fall.

While waiting to be seated several of staff walked by, never made eye contact, no greetings to let us know we will be seated soon. After getting seated staff just walked away, eventually our order was taken, still don't know the name of staff. We where seated by the window and the window sill was dusty and lots of food crumbs on it. The burger was average nothing to write home about. The fries juck, give me Mc Donald's fries any day. My salmon was dry and overcooked and the lime that came with was dry as a bone. The sides was so so. The waiter never came back to check on us. Thank goodness we had a gift card. No wonder they filed for bankruptcy.

Not the worst place to eat if you’re starved !! But, they are awful. Chicken piccata smelled burned. Bland. They seemed understaffed. I’ll never eat here again. The tip schedule starts at 22%!!!! Look, if you want nearly a 1/4 of my bill in your pocket, provide exceptional SERVICE which would warrant that. Waiters and host were apathetic and unwelcoming….. I was just hungry and didn’t want to wait for an hour at the Cheesecake Factory….
