I dunno, I feel like it gets getting sadder from both a food and cost perspective. App Happy Hour is super solid, though so for now they continue to pass.Vegetarian options: The beyond burger was my savior like 3 yrs ago, now I eat them all again, buuut it's still so weirdly good, haha.

The young girl named Melody doesn’t speak English so every time I go she always charges me for 4/5 items and at the window I have to spend 10 minutes explaining I just ordered 1 sandwich. Also the other Mexican lady she’s an older lady she has very bad customer service!!! Avoid this place at all costs because of her. She refused to give me ketchup and ranch!! I ordered two items and she told me I’m only allowed to have one sauce ..either ranch or 2 ketchups. I cannot believe she was serious!! And another time she only gave me my sandwich and no fries although I ordered both and have a receipt, she instead was talking so loud to me infront of customers that maybe I was the one who never ordered fries in the first place.. absolutely ridiculous when I’m showing her the receipt with fries I paid for… the services is ridiculous!!!!! I’m a shy person so her yelling at my face for no reason infront of others ruined my whole day. No respect at all and the two ladies I’m referring to have no integrity! They’re ready to argue all day if you have the time.

Definitely pricey. The portion also seemed to be smaller than what I'm used to for the sandwich I ordered. On the 2 for $5 I had to search through the bun to try to find the meat. That's how thin/small the meat was. I can honestly say the only good thing about this visit was the service.

The customer service is always outstanding, they're so friendly and attentive, the pricing is great the two for $5 deals is BOOMING, and there is never a long line whether drive thru or dining in. My favorite/usual to order is the five piece chicken tender meal with criss cross fries & medium drink for myself, and the 2 for $5 combo chicken stars & fries combo for my 3 year old. Keep up the great work for our Rancho Cordova area!
I wouldn’t recommend working here one of the managers (Maria) is unprofessional, lack of communication, never responding to messages, cutting my hours short and didn’t put me on the schedule for about 2-3 weeks she never responded back until I said I was quitting and then she finally responded and said it was hard to work with my “availability” but yet when I turned in my application and I put my availability and said I can only do mornings and night shifts and I also stated that in the interview as well. For future reference don’t hire someone if you truly can’t keep your word and work with their availability that they stated on the application and interview. Do better thank you! ?

Terrible place and experience. Not the first time it has happened here but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. While ordering the attendant repeated my order but when I got to the window and paid (after not receiving a receipt) I asked for a receipt to check my order and it was like she didn't even listen. Not to mention she was a manager. When I requested for an adjustment of an item they seemed upset (like they aren't all wearing a headset that can hear the same order at the drive thru) and then they decided to magically forget two items in my order that were already paid for. When I asked for them they took even longer and gave me the wrong size side. Being fed up with the service and observing their demeanor I chose to leave with what I had but I am never returning to this location. I'd advise you go down to a different location if you want Carl's Jr.

The bbq chicken sandwich is laughable. The price was atrocious for what I received. I could barely tell it had any kind of sauce, the lettuce was larger than the chicken piece and the tomato had one slice and it was very slim. Honestly I won’t waste my hard earned money here again. I am still hungry and it definitely didn’t get all over the place….
