I had a tough day at work and drive up to find out that my favorite burger promo was over. Tragic. But the drive thru worker goes "we can still make it for you though, we have all the ingredients!" She was outstandingly positive and i wish i caught her name to be able to direct my praise. Carls Jr should feel honored to have such an excellent worker. She made my day!

Came to this place at 10:35pm and didn't get any service. Waited and waited. Seemed closed even though the hrs say till 12am and 2 cars parked out front but didn't see anyone

Food was good. Lobby was very clean and friendly. Staff was amazing. They did have a few bums by the door asking for money which made it uncomfortable to enter. Also, the app didn't work like it was supposed to. So I paid full price for something my starts should have covered.
