Mongolian Beef plate is delicious, and my girlfriend got the broccoli beef plate which was also amazing. The chow mein is both of our favorites!

This Chang’s is next to Raleys on Natomas and Del Paso Road. Their Vanilla shrimp and garlic shrimp are incredibly delicious. The Chicken Chow Mein is Bomb! I love their War Wan Ton!

AUGUST 2023.Go to CHANG'S by SAFEWAY.Since the pandemic, there's no dine in at this establishment. FRIED RICE DOESN'T LOOK FRIED. I suspect nary a grain & the NEVER PRESENT peas-y carrots & green onions have seen a heated cooking surface or wok in their entire existence.CREAM CHEESE WONTONS are a FIRM PASS. Chewy & old tasting.BROCCOL BEEF, looks alright. Broccoli broccolis, beef isn't beefy, "gravy" cold & coagulated. The CHAIN RESTAURANT that used to be here will be missed & the pre-pandemic Chang's seems like a fever dream these days. The Chang's down the street is your best bet if you really want Chinese-style cuisine.

This is my first time trying the location on Natomas Boulevard, Chang's Chinese cuisine. It was very tasty and freshly made to order. I ordered honey sesame shrimp, broccoli chicken, orange chicken wings, chow mein and fried rice. Everything was so yummy! I will certainly be back and will make this my go-to place for authentic Chinese. Very friendly service. You can only take out no dine in so I can't say much about the ambiance.

Local & tasty. They have good deals on their lunch and dinner specials. I order the Mongolian bbq and it's been a hit every time. The braised string beans, hot and sour soup and fried rice are also good choices. They have friendly workers and you can dine in or to-go, you will see people doing both

So just ordered Broccoli Beef. Plenty of rice, Broccoli and noodles bur at most four or five small pieces of beef. Also Beef Chowfun. Noodles way over cooked, gummy and, again, hardly any beef. I don't know what happened, gone here many times, but won't be returning.

We ordered for the first time tonight and I am so upset that we haven’t ordered from here before. The food is so fresh and flavorful. The shrimps were plump and everything felt so fresh and of high quality. We will definitely be eating here again.

This place has changed!! I ordered shrimp fried rice and how a large container of rice with 7 or 8 shrimp sitting on top!!! And had a long strong strain of hair on my rice!!!! That was the last straw I’m never going back!!!

All the food was bland, cream cheese Rangoon's were soggy, even though we walked in to order. Overall not worth the price. Won't be back. Panda is better and decently priced, with same size portions

Very large portions (container completely full). Looked appealling, but sweet & sour sauce seemed to lack flavor.

Friendly person at the register. No longer can eat inside. Never been to this location. In the past, the Del Paseo location has been our go to. Ordered a $18 Mongolian beef combo plate. If the plate wasn't tossed, would've posted pictures. Waited 20mins, for a plate full of flavorless, gooey chow mein noodles and rice, and maybe 4 scrape pieces of Beef. 2 thumbs down. Hated my $18 was wasted.

Ordered wor wonton soup and drove all the way home and found several pieces of hair in my soup. Called and asked for a new soup and since I had to drive back for some kind of accommodation for the inconvenience. I was told the manager was on vacation and the person was new. So, I asked for a refund. I was then told I had to drive all the way back, give the soup back to receive a refund. This place is ridiculous! As a long time customer and for the inconvenience they could've gave me my money back and offered to remake my soup. But instead, I was only given a refund and inconvenienced by spending more gas. I will never return. Horrible service.
