CORRECTION I CANT DELETE THIS BUT THE REVIEW IS ABOUT THE ONE ON WEST STOCKTON NOT THIS ONE SORRY! ordered a delivery pizza at 9:18 pm last nite, well before 10 pm closing. I was told "you can get it in 15 min if u pick it up." So if it could be picked up in 15 min why couldn't it be delivered within the 30 min before closing or after? And the same person who took order just lied to me on phone and said they called and we didn't pick up. My call log proves they didn't call us but we called them. I don't like businesses that fail to deliver then lie.

Very bad pizza making skills and i say that because my relative owns the Chicago’s pizza in Roseville.Try pizzas from both the places and you will come to know the difference.These people are not even real Chicago’s pizza franchisee.

The store is closed. Grub hub took my order and the store confirmed it and even told me it was ready for pick up. It's literally closed down.

This place used to be good but the service went downhill recently. My Yelp order never got processed so I had to cancel. And on another occasion I waited over 45 minutes when they said it only would take 20. The pizza is good...if you ever get it.

Worst customer service ever. Lady that answers the phone sounds like she was sleeping and just woke up. I tried to order a pizza but this lady literally kept saying ok.. ok.. ok.. no customer service skills or socializing skills at all. I had to ask a million questions when she could've been more attentive and informative. Made me want to cancel my order in the midst of the call. The whole vibe threw me off. Not to mention she threw a $8 delivery fee on me.. doordash would've been a lot cheaper. I cancelled the order all together. Please invest in training your employees to what good customer service means.

Didn't answer the phone until 15 minutes later after opening. Ordered 2 pizzas. Missing toppings and pizza wasn't toasted enough. All in all the pizza was ok and honestly just disappointing. I love Chicago's pizza from Elk grove and Natomas but this location was just sad.
My wife ordered one chicken piza online. When I opened the box it was burnt and bitter taste. I called 4 times for complaint. They disconnected my call without listening and behave rudely. I am sharing the pictures and deciding no more order in future.

This was okay. Phone number is in the Yelp description. I called in an order and picked it up 20 min later. Don't plan to dine in, this is take out or delivery only. I tried this place specifically for the chicken tikka masala pizza which sounds amazing. It was a pretty good chicken garlic pizza but had no resemblance to chicken tikka masala which was disappointing. Also got a pepperoni and olive which was fine. Both pizzas were pretty bready. The stars are for: good service over the phone, ready quickly and pizza was okay.
