Disappointing quality we always try to give the restaurant another chance but end up disappointed. Especially if you make an online order, bowl is too watery and doesn’t taste good. Shame on you, you have to see the client in front of you to serve them proper food.

I really wanted to submit a positive review regarding this location. Briefly, this location is lazy, inadequate, and will most likely give you the stomach problems you might have heard from a little birdy.I've had mediocre experiences here before, but this occasion was disappointing and embarrassing (from an ex-employee point of view).The location was 2 hours from closing and the three young male staff all indicated there was no more chicken or barbacoa, and they would not be making any. I was ready to buy 2 burritos and 1 bowl ($35+) as I love to have leftovers for my Monday. Instead, I bought 1 burrito for $11, that didn’t meet an impressive baseline.I asked the initial worker if more food was coming, he replied “this is what I have.” I’m sorry? I’ve never seen that from Chipotle. Where is the urgency? Finally, what you need to know, the shift lead never offered me anything. They were out of guacamole, to even offer as fairness. As an ex employee, I’ve never seen such.Go support your local taqueria.

Great customer service! I ordered the crispy tacos with brown rice, sofritos, corn salsa, cheese and guacamole. Super delish, I was unaware the guacamole was extra, I think if the staff asks if I want guac they should follow up stating there’s an extra charge. But the tacos were super delish! I also ordered a large bag of chips only to find out it’s the same size of the regular size. As a side note I tried ordering online for the free guacamole on Feb 29 th but was unable to apply the code. Also, how can I order a large bag of chips online!!??Parking: Parking is horrible, but we were fortunate and found a parking spot.

First time in Sacramento. Found chipotle used there restrooms and got some food it was a win for everyone. Thank youWheelchair accessibility: The entrance isn't in the front it's on the side but make sure you go to the very first door all doors are locked but the side first door.

Got a chicken burrito. Atleast thats what i ordered and they literally made a ball out of it. So not satisfied ??Show the employees to atleast have some interest in their customers.They are working as if they are on a time crunch.And PLEASE teach them how to properly wrap a burrito!!!

Serving staff is extremely cold and rude. Whenever I order online they barely put any food in the online orders. Went in today to get a bowl and was told that the 5 tiny pieces of chicken is a standard portion by the same person i see pack the online orders. Been coming here for years and I walked

This place gave me food poisoning. Something in my bowl must've been bad because I got the worst stomach ache and food poisoning symptoms. I really do not recommend eating here unless you want to be sick.
