My husband and I love the grilled chicken pho from Co Mai's kitchen. Broth is so balanced and fresh. We used to get the shrimp and pork spring rolls, but tried the veggie spring rolls once and never went back. The veggie spring rolls have fried tofu and some sweet crispy bit that's really unique. We usually also get the egg rolls, but they are fairly standard. One thing is I wish they had a fried shrimp or fish cake appetizer on the menu.

A hidden gem off Broadway, their beef stew pho noodle is one of the best I've had. It's incredibly flavorful with a sweet beef soup base, with star anise, tender beef, carrots, green and yellow onion, and light cilantro. It's flavorful enough that I do not need any lime, basil, hoisin, or sriracha like other pho soups. I come here any chance I can. The soup comes out quickly after ordering and the service is attentive.

Love this place! Veggie options are vegan, and so flavorful. I come here every chance I get! The people are very polite, and service is always friendly.

Anything I have eaten here has always been good and tasty. I frequently come by here for a Banh mi. Probably one of the best sandwiches in our area. If I find a better sandwich I'll let you know.

The "shaken beef" is very tasty; a good variety of Vietnamese dishes. Good service and reasonable price.

Enjoyed a meal with a large group of friends (12+). I had the bun thit w/egg roll, BBQ Pork and vermicelli noodles, raosted salted wings, and some spring rolls. All the dishes were very good and the service was good. Be back if in the area.

I only get two things from this place so I can't attest for the whole menu, but I love their pork and shrimp spring rolls, and their pork banh mi sandwich. The spring rolls have a good assortment of flavorful herbs and greenery that usually gets replaced with just lettuce at worse places. Also the shrimp and pork together is really great. The sandwich is the perfect amount of spicy and they use good baguettes not store bough nonsense. Their pork is very flavorful as well. I haven't found a place with a better version of these two items.

Their vermicelli salad is amazing, but their pho is even better. The grilled chicken pho had the best broth, layers of flavor! The veggie pho with fried tofu was also delicious & loaded with broccoli, mushrooms & carrots. This is my new favorite place for Vietnamese food.

I'm sad to report that this place gone downhill. A friend who frequents here and I came for a late lunch. There were many cars in the parking lot, but we were the only customers and we almost didn't go in because the Door was blocked my a contorted mentally I'll soiled man laying in the path to the ground door as we attempted to pass him he was making obscene gestures at us while rolling towards us then we tried to go in side door and a Meth head lady looked at us with a wild look. We couldn't get in the Broadway door, so quickly darted past the spastic malodorous man laying in front of the door. Once inside we sat and ordered bun and pho dishes we had ordered there before. The quality of pork and chicken used and the flavor not good, the quantity was down too, the egg rolls were empty shells and even the fish sauce was lowest quality and contained no Chile, topping were sparse. Very bad use of $40. Will not be back.

My fiancé and I were craving Vietnamese food for dinner one night and decided to try our Co Mai's Kitchen. We'd driven past it multiple times, so we figured it we'd give it a shot. I placed my order through DoorDash and it only took about 15-20 minutes for the food to be ready for pick up. It was a pretty easy pick-up, although I learned that I needed to specify that my order was through DoorDash (seemed to be a different monitor/system for orders). I was honestly pretty bummed when the bag of food was handed over to me - it felt so light! I swear it didn't even feel as hefty as one normal order and we had two. Of course, if the flavor of the food knocked it out of the park, I would've been more likely to rate Co Mai higher, but both of our orders were pretty meh. I ordered the vermicelli pork and my fiancé ordered the shaken beef. The portions were confirmed to be on the smaller side when I cracked open our boxes. The food itself looked pretty good but the flavors were pretty muted in my opinion. All in all, everything was just okay and I'll probably seek other spots for Vietnamese food in the future.

the tofu vegetarian banh mi is so good totally recommend. i always get it without cilantro that's why mine looks kinda empty. it's soo fresh and the tofu is very flavorful! the bread is soft and crunchy at the same time. the sauce is really good. i think it has sriracha in it. they give less carrots than i get at other places but you can ask for extra. definitely recommend

I met some friends for lunch on a Friday afternoon because we were all craving pho. Cô Mai's is one of those places I have probably driven by 1000 times and never given it a second look but when my friend suggested it I was excited to give it a try. I opted for the chicken pho, my friend for the beef pho, and my other friend got their bánh mì sandwich. The chicken pho was so flavorful and absolutely hit the spot. Plenty of noodles and plenty of chicken meat. The broth was tasty but not overly salty. Both of my friends also thoroughly enjoyed their lunches and for the price and portion size, we were thrilled. Don't forget to check-in and get a free Thai iced tea or hot tea!

It was pretty good. Downside, the pho have less proteins than other Vietnamese restaurant pho.

Attentive service but the pho was served to me at a lukewarm temperature.
