Placed an order and never got it. I called them twice left 2 messages and they never called back! Following day I say that my order had been cancelled!! I know they’re going out of business, but they could’ve at least called me back. But then again with this level of service it’s no wonder they’re going out of business!!

Hit this place up a little after 9 pm when I had a hankering for something sweet, and wow, it hit the spot! Enjoyed the flavor of the day, oreo cheesecake.
Amazing cookies! First time trying, staff was awesome and I got my treats super quick. Fiancee and I got the assorted dozen to have treats for the week.
Came on a Sunday at 9:10pm. Be warned this place is not open till 9:30pm as advertised. Too bad as I was excited to try some baked goods here :/

I ordered four cookies from cookies and milk. I ordered two chocolate chip cookies, snickerdoodle and double chocolate cookies. All four cookies were great and delicious. Customer service was great and the ambiance was very friendly and helpful.

711 has waaaay better snickerdoodle cookies. The ones from here are thick and very bland. they hardly taste like anything and were hard . Peanut butter cookie was decent but, better ones can definitely be made at home with 3 ingredients. the brownie cookie thing just tasted like an old brownie that sat there for 3 days then was wet with water so the powdered sugar would stick . the white chocolate macadamia was good no complaints.

Really enjoyed my cookies. They are good sized but not massive and give ‘your mom’s cookies’ feels. The order window is a little hidden with the signage light, I walked past twice!
The owner is extremely rude. I told him if they could add different cookies to the rotating special and he just called me a troll and then blocked me from social media because I asked him for new cookies instead of the same cookie he had for 3 weeks in a row. good luck holding up your one store. Summer is coming up so goodluck.

Mom and pop cookie place where you get cookies and milk to go. A little off the beaten path from my hotel. No frills. Just delicious cookies. The two guys working were super friendly and they will heat up your cookies. I had a toffee coffee cookie and chocolate chip cookie. They have different types of milk to drink including almond milk. This is one of those local gems I try to find on my travels. Check it out.

These fresh cookies are soft, warm, and melt in your mouth! Just delightful! There's usually like 6 different flavors and a special flavor that they rotate. Must try them all! Snickerdoodle has been our consistent favorite! Note: this place is in an obscure corner location. The windows are frosted. You have to open the door and talk through a thick plastic inside to place your order. You will have warm cookies in a box within minutes. Milk available to order too!

ORDER ONLINE BEFORE GOING!Visiting Sacramento, we checked out Cookies & Milk. We drove by and kept going because we did not know if we were at the right place. My wife had to check the outside photos on Yelp. We wondered if it was a place we go in and had to check on the website. There we see clear instructions to order ahead of time. The menu has some standard cookies like chocolate chip, sugar, snickerdoodles, peanut butter and have a rotating flavor. The flavor today... white chocolate macadamia. We picked up the cookies and they were hot. I tried the chocolate chip because they are my favorite. It was ok. This cooking not so warm. I bet if I popped into the air fryer it would be delish. The winner of the night was the white chocolate mac. It was so good. I would actually go back and get it again. Cookie price, reasonable. I think this is a 4.5 place. I would take .5 off because it is a little difficult to find.
