Please keep doing what you're doing! Amazing comfort food with self serve tea. Ordered a medium clay pot with lamb, beef, squid, pork belly, scallop and abalone bbq, and eventually ordered more lol

Everything was fine there, they have free herbal teas to drink while dine in, but atmosphere kind of hot in the restaurant.

Da Fei Ge restaurant is a must go to restaurant that has authentic Chinese skewers and a tasty clay pot. My wife loves Skewers, and she said these are the most authentic and tasty skewers she has ever had. I enjoyed all the skewers as they were seasoned very well. Thia will be a spot that I will come back to because it is that good. The Black Pepper Beef Rice Clay pot is flavorful and tasty. We loved the chicken skin, lamb, beef, pork belly, chicken heart, bacon mushroom, potato eggplant, squid, capelin, and chicken gristle skewers. We love the service and how quickly the food came out. We also love how nice the place is.

The clay pot rice is amazing here! And the grilled foods are too. Very much low key, great quality food, and nice sweet cool tea to cool off your mouth from the heat.

My friend took me out for my birthday and we decided to come here. They give you a pen to mark up a menu to order. The menu was a mix of English and Chinese so you may need to ask or use a translation app on your phone. We opted for 3 sets of skewers (lamb, beef, and squid), black fungus salad, and two clay pots (pork ribs and pepper beef). I accidentally marked the wrong item on the clay pot and selected cured meats instead of the pepper beef. The lamb and beef skewers were good. The squid had a weird sauce it would have been better without. All in all definitely worth coming back. The inside had small tables tightly grouped next to each other. It's best to come earlier before it gets overly crowded.

3.5/5 - I was pretty excited to try this place given all the great reviews! Came in around 12:40 pm and was immediately greeted and sat down. I was eyeing everything on the menu - the soup, the clay pots, the skewers, but ultimately ordered two clay pots: the ribs clay pot and the salted fish & pork clay pot. My experience was pretty accurately reflected from other reviews - the meat and fish were flavored extraordinarily well, but I felt like I was paying for the rice because of how little substance there actually was in the clay pots. Maybe three spoonful maximum of ribs (also lots of bones) and fish/pork. My recommendation would be to order one clay pot and a couple of skewers, with a vegetable dish, to make it a well rounded meal!

Came here again was craving some grill sticks.Everything came out promptly, and the lady who 6 the front room was friendly and efficient.Heads up, the chicken wings can be a little salty but addicting at the same time.Chicken skin sticks are good. You'll want to eat a bunch.Oysters was tasty, not overcooked.Too bad they don't sell a side of rice because that would have me eating even more if they did. Everything had great flavor.Definitely be back.

Food was tasty. Be forewarned some items are saltier than others. Overall the potato skins was good. The clay pots are all consistent. Beef skewers and oysters were delicious.

love, love, LOVEeee this place. At first, i was skeptical on how the food would be, given how empty the store was when we first arrived upon the store opening on Saturday. We ordered a sparerib claypot, a chinese ham claypot and some skewers. First, the skewers come out and they were all really good! We were having a good time eating the skewers, so the wait for the claypot didn't seem too bad. And wow, the chinese ham/sausage claypot really stole the show for me. It was one of the best I've had, and I've had many in Hong Kong snd the US. The price was also extremely reasonable. We ended up going back a week after and ordering double the amount of skewers and different claypots. They were all amazing.

Passed this place several times on my way from Thai massage. Today stopped for an early dinner and I am so happy with my meal! I'm not familiar with Chinese bbq restaurants so I just ordered types of food I usually love. I got the bbq-d scallops (spicy) bbq eggplant (spicy) side of cabbage (spicy with roasted garlic and peppers, huge portion) and beef rib rice clay pot. I am dining solo and will need to take at least half of this feast home. Spice flavors freshness all 5 star! I'll be back in two weeks after my next massage appointment.

Highly recommended spot to try especially if you're a foodie like me. The ambiance is small inside but comforting & friendly. Great service although I recommend asking the server for subtitles because they have some Chinese wording on the menu that I could not understand. The food is amazing! Starting with the skewers: lamb kidney, chicken skin, chicken heart, & pork belly all were amazing with such great flavors & texture. The C1 Claypot ribs with black bean sauce was delicious and comforting. Would definitely come back to try everything else on the menu. Just can't believe I haven't been here sooner.
