Great pho with wonderful broth and tender meat. I got the pho with tripe and steak tips - tripe was super tender (fantastic because tripe has a tendency to be super chewy if overcooked). The noodles were good but I think they were a little past "al dente" if that can even be a term used for rice noodles lol. Overall, really enjoyed my food, and really hit the spot for my craving for pho.

The pho broth was so hot and tasty! Everything was delicious. The surrounding area is not so great but the restaurant itself is fine and the owners are nice.

This is the best rice plates in town. They have excellent customer service and the portions for the price are excellent. If you haven't been to this place, then you're absolutely missing outm

Still the best bbq pork or chicken bun/ vermicelli salad around! Area is super janky and dinning room isn't much on ambiance but the bun is sooooo good! Also the roll your own lettuce wraps are spectacular too!

Absolutely delicious and great service. I was with a group of people and I can't remember what all everyone got but the overall consensus was great. I had the 2 spring rolls that they offer and it was great. I had the #6 and it was rice and BBQ beef and pork shreds and shrimp cake Very tasty. I had the Thai tea also. All very good. People were so helpful and they have a phot album with each menu item so you can clearly see what they have on each plate. I highly recommend!

One time we came for a to-go order mid-Covid since we were in the area. The uncle there, guessing the owner, left us in charge saying, "okay watch the store, I go make your order." And proceeds to walk away. We said okay without hesitation until we processed it a few seconds later. We still laugh about it until this day. I guess we were good house-trained Vietnamese trustworthy enough to watch his shop. He came out a few minutes later with our order and it was the most wholesome exchange I've experienced during Covid. Anyways, the portion is worth the price! My go-to cơm tấm spot. I always go to the location in San Jose, so I was very excited they made it up here to Sac. So so so good! They got more staff now, so don't worry about watching his shop when you go there. 100% recommend it!

This place specializes in rice plates, but we come here for their pho! It has become one of our favorite places for pho. The broth tastes authentic and unique. I love when my pho is served pipinnng hot and they hit that spot for me! They also give lots of meat in each bowl and the quality of the meat is really good. Their pho broth, meat quality, and served HOT hits all the spots for us!

A true gem! Detailed breakdown below: **Service, 4/5** Food comes out quickly but took a little while to get waters and the sides that came with the dishes. **Price & portion, 5/5** Portions are hearty and sure to fill you up! **Presentation of the food, 5/5** Totally gorgeous -- super colorful and displays all the components of the dish. **Taste of the food, 5/5** Really excellent Vietnamese food! I got the broken rice plate $18 with bbq pork and shrimp cake. The bbq pork was well seasoned and I loved the small pile of cooked green onion to mix into the rice. The shrimp cake was super crispy and delicious when dipped into the fish sauce. And the side of broth was soooo tasty and had just a hint of sweetness! Such a satisfying and tasty lunch! **Other notes** Restrooms don't have a lock LOL.

Still one of my favorite restaurant in Sacramento! The customer service is always so welcoming, it's a very family vibes and you can tell the owners are really proud of their food. Place is very clean and efficient. The fooooood, amazing. Some of my favorite dishes are all their rice plates. Short ribs are just fire, the rice combo plates is my go too. The meats are always full of flavors and so plentiful. I walk out of here super full, and everything has the best prices. Some dishes I would reccomend is there rice combo plates, spring rolls (must get, the ones with the pork!), and PHOOOOO!! Their pho has sooo much flavor, the broth has depth and rice. And plenty of meat. Ohhh and their bbq pork, egg rolls with vermicelli! Parking is easy, they take card and Apple Pay! And their on Uber eats and Door dash!

First time trying this place and can't wait to return. Generous portions and very delicious! The best com tam I've had in Sac. The owners are also very sweet. Great service and food! We ended up ordering more to go. We all enjoyed it.

Take-out never taste as good as dining at the restaurant, but this place try their best to prepare the take-out orders as good as dine in. I usually call ahead and the orders are ready in 15 min. I got the #2 Special Combo - Com Tam Bi Cha, Thit Nuong, Tom Nuong, Tau Hu Ky, which has a lot of broken rice with shredded pork skins, egg cake, barbeque pork, barbeque shrimp, and fried shrimp cake. It's a lot of food and can be shared. They keep the vegetables refrigerated in a ziplock bag and separate from the hot items. I also got the #5, which is the same as #2, but with beef instead of pork. I haven't tried anything else besides the #2 and #5 since broken rice plates are their specialty, but they have everything here. The menu is massive, so it's easier for me to stick with what I like. Location is in a sketchy part of South Sac and I wouldn't dine there unless I'm with a group of people.

Quick amazing food with decent pricing for the amount and taste of the dishes that you get. They do need a little work on getting orders right that's about it. If you don't know what to get, you can't go wrong with the broken rice plates because they're the best & you'll probably have left overs to enjoy later!

I can't believe I don't have a review for this place! The broken rice plates are the BEST in town. My favorite thing is how big the grilled shrimp are. The food comes out fast and the pork chop combo plates cannot be beat!
