It's a bummer being downtown in a busy area and they are only open Fri Sat Sun. While their website still shows their open..... Time to try a new gelato place. I hear there is a really good new place on Folsom Blvd.

Literally divine!!! This is the best gelato I've had in some time. Home made, delicious - tbh, just like Italy. They said the flavors change daily but we had fresh mint, frangelico & burnt butter caramel - and I'd recommend them all - yum yum yum. If i was local, I'd eat here every day. Plus, the service was five star!!

Very good gelato selection. They have options of one flavor, two flavor or three flavor scoops. Samples are not available until Mid June due to the pandemic. They also have indoor, outdoor and a back patio for seating. Baked goods are also available.

Having lived in Europe, gelato is something that is found very often and is generally delicious. Finding good gelato in the US is pretty difficult and so far only a handful of places have made the mark IMO. One of these is Devine - the Straciatella in particular is amazing - creamy without being over sweet. The owner is always happy to chat and is super friendly. It's in an area of Sacramento that is slowly coming into it's own with other nice eateries. If you are in the area, please grab a gelato from Devine.

I have always loved enjoying a treat from Devine. They have some of the best gelato around. Unfortunately after my visit this afternoon, I can no longer in good faith recommend this place. Devine Gelateria was not complying with Sacramento's COVID-19 safety guidelines. The storefront was packed with customers with no social distancing. The employees were not sanitizing between customers. There were multiple customers without masks inside. But the most concerning part of all of this was the FAKE masks that the two women employees were wearing. Both the older woman who was serving gelato and the woman who was the cashier were wearing mesh masks with rhinestones. Neither of the employees were wearing any other protection underneath these mesh face coverings. I could see all of the details of their faces under the masks, including their teeth. I urge Devine Gelateria to enforce proper mask wearing of their employees while Sacramento is still in the Red Tier with mandatory mask wearing.

I didn't know what to expect when I got the mud pie but it alone was worth the trip. It's gelato based so be prepared to eat it immediately or take home to freeze. I think for the price you are better off sticking with the mud pie. The actual gelato, although good, is way over priced

First thing, all my warm hugs to the Chef. She is splendid, you ask for it she patiently listens to your order and suggest what you can have on the item. The GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE is worth dying for. Its heaven.
